I was having trouble just after Christmas with a 2014 vehicle that had been purchased elsewhere and couldn't get service on it until well into January 2015. This was an answer I got over and over - I started going down the list in the yellow pages for Chrysler dealers until I called Capital and they made an instant appointment for me. Arrived on Sunday evening, thinking I would leave my vehicle outside a fellow came along just as they were locking up and told me to drive it in. This fellow was Mike and the rest is history. Never have I dealt with people that actually did care about the customer - their shuttle service was wonderful as well and the coffee great. Sorry that I cannot remember all the names of the employees that helped me but you all deserve a big pat on the back. More

She has the experience and the knowledge that most if not all don't have when selling a vehicle. Natalia starts out getting to know you, before asking what vehicle are you interested in? She wants to get on a level playing field with the you and really get to know you. By getting to know me, she could understand better what she could offer me. She also got to know my children and made them part of the excitement!!!! Natalia with here expertise, was able to give me a cold call " I wasn't even considering buying a new vehicle", and talked to me on how she could save me some money...Well when I heard that I was all ears!!!!! She did a lot of preliminary work after our first talk, with the assumption that I may not even do anything after all her hard work. She said to me come down as she can put me into a brand new truck with lower payments. Low and behold that's what she did!! It was the first time that any salesperson has ever held their end of the bargain. I have bought over 10 brand new vehicles in my life time, and this was bar none the best experience in buying a new vehicle. It was stress free, and a absolute pleasure in doing business with Natalia.. The day I came down she had me laughing so hard. We just had a winter storm the night before and she was trekking through ice and snow around the lot in her 9 inch heel boots. You got to LOVE those Russian women LOL.
