Excellent customer service, communication! Purchased my first brand new vehicle here. Everything was over the phone (I called to get some numbers and options) and hour later Kyle called me back Purchased my first brand new vehicle here. Everything was over the phone (I called to get some numbers and options) and hour later Kyle called me back with an offer to good to pass up. I told him I wanted to run it by my spouse, he was 100% understanding and a hour later I was on my way to owning a new Jeep! I flew into the airport, where Kyle picked me and the Jeep was ready to go(the day we agreed upon). I signed all the papers, etc. 1-1/2 hr later was left the dealership in my new ride with a full tank of gas! Kyle was awesome, I told him everything I was looking for and he got it for me!!! Awesome deal, awesome everything! No one complaint :) More

Very unprofessional when the sale didn't go his way. He was both disrespectful and arrogant; the fact that I was a female didn't help the situation. An Amazing Purchase My husband and I went to capital Jeep Dodge for check on Chrysler Pacifica after we were told by Derrick Dodge they had a VIP sale which we were told My husband and I went to capital Jeep Dodge for check on Chrysler Pacifica after we were told by Derrick Dodge they had a VIP sale which we were told invitation has been mailed to us, after waiting for the invitation we went to Derrick again but instead they offered a verbal invitation. Not impressed with the pushy sales person we met, we went to Leduc Dodge unfortunately they didn't have the brand we wanted but as we got to CAPITAL Dodge we saw one brand new Chrysler PACIFICA packed in their show room. Straight on Hugh "BETCHA" Maclean was handy to lead us into inspecting and road-testing of the car of which the feeling we found amazing. He took us into a detailed and comprehensive understanding of the car as well as thorough paper work needed after we have indicated serious interest in the car, making sure all things were in place. He was professionally amazing and eager to explain anything we asked. at the end we took the car home very satisfied and happy. Thanks to Hugh and the amazing team at CAPITAL dodge.
