I was very impressed Stef was amazing from the start. Very helpful and honest. On pick up day she went into the back and installed the Tonneau cover. We went in with a budget, and every car that the sa My boyfriend and I made the mistake of purchasing a brand new Dodge Dart from Capital last August. We went in with a budget, and every car that the sales manager, Parm Dosanjh, insisted that we were shown was over double our budget. We ended up letting ourselves be talked into buying a much more expensive car than we had initially intended to, and we unfortunately paid way too much for the quality of vehicle we got. We were treated very well by Kalvin Prasad, and were very impressed with his friendliness, professionalism, and the time he took to work with us. He was a wonderful help, and bent over backwards for us to make sure our experience was a fun one, and it was. We loved working with him, and we would most definitely recommend Kalvin's service to anyone. In the end, however, we were unsatisfied with the car and the price we paid. After a few months with the car we had decided to trade it in to get the vehicle we have always wanted: a Jeep Grand Cherokee. While still shopping around with other dealerships, we decided that we should give Capital a second chance to try and make things right. What a terrible decision! We booked an appointment with Mike Himer, and when we got there he was unavailable. We ended up with Linden Frig, who not only spoke only to my boyfriend and completely ignored me, did not even introduce himself to me or ask who I was, it took over ten minutes for him to even crack a smile or offer us a drink. He offered us no information of value on the Grand Cherokee, but instead resorted to telling us his own personal opinions. Over half of our appointment was spent waiting on Linden and Mike, and the vehicles we were shown were filthy and in horrible condition, and the prices were absurd. Linden also made it very plain that it would have been a huge nuisance if we were to ask to test drive any vehicle, as the ones we were interested in were located towards the back of the lot. Still, we wanted to be able to compare prices and make sure we knew all of our options. When we asked to start talking about specific figures, and what kind of payments could be worked out, they were reluctant to do any paperwork, and after stating that we were in no way ready to make any decisions at that point, or sign anything, we were quite bluntly told that they would not fill anything out or help us figure out specifics unless we were agreeing to buy that day, and we were told to leave and look somewhere else. There is absolutely no way that my boyfriend or I would ever go back to Capital, and we will never recommend this dealership to anyone. It was a horrible experience, and I will be sure to pass that on to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Capital Motors has re-written the books for customer satisfaction and customer delight. My experience started off with salesman, Kelvin Pang. Not only was he extremely professional and highly knowledgeable of the products, he was extremely courteous and made my car buying experience painless. After a series of test drives and questions, he knew exactly what features and trim levels would work for me. Lo and behold, I fell in love with the car he suggested and I’m driving it right now! Before I drove off with it, he inspected the entire vehicle as if it was his own. He even cleaned a small speck of dust on the door (which I would have never noticed)...who does that unless they really care about their customers?? I walked out of Capital Motors a happy customer because I got what I wanted (including MY PRICE!). Most of the credit goes to Kelvin but the excellent experience didn’t end there. His team also deserves an honorable mention specifically; Taurean Windrum and Jen London! Capital Motors, you just got yourself another loyal customer! 5 star rating! Highly recommend Capital Motors, especially Kelvin, in SW Edmonton! More

I had been looking around at vehicles and a few other dealerships but came back to purchase my vehicle from Kalvin, he was reliable and was always able to answer any questions I had with full knowledge. We had Dan Smith in financing he was also awesome and managed to get everything done for us! Overall my experiance there was great, fun and enjoyable.
