Great experience start to finish. I was referred to James at Capilano from and insurance agent friend of mine. He called me immediately asking about my interests and needs. We emaile I was referred to James at Capilano from and insurance agent friend of mine. He called me immediately asking about my interests and needs. We emailed a few times and scheduled a test drive about a week later (due to our schedules). The vehicle was ready to be driven when I arrived and we had a fantastic drive around the area covering hills, lanes, traffic areas and the highway. the entire way through, James described difference features and tools of the vehicle. I am in the car business, so the negotiation process was pretty straight forward. We came to an agreement on terms and the finance centre scheduled the delivery within a day. I arrived at the dealership for delivery, quickly went through the finance office with Natalie, who was very friendly and professional. and finished off with Matt who took me on a step by step tour of the car and all of its workings. The entire process was efficient, yet relaxed. LOVE MY A3 Cabriolet! More
