They let us install our car seats and pack our stroller in and out of multiple vehicle models to ensure the cargo capacities fit our needs and test drive the vehicle for an extended time period at home. All questions were answered knowledably and promptly and when something wasn’t known a team approach to find the answer ensured we got the right information in a timely manner. They negotiated fairly and when we needed a vehicle to bridge the gap before our new one arrived they set us up with a loaner of the exact same model we had ordered. Trevor was able to narrow down the features I was looking for in a new vehicle, and took me for a test drive to see and try out the latest equipment. While we were out, Nihk figured out an offer on a vehicle that fit my budget and my needs, and evaluated my trade in. We were able to come to a deal before the end of the day and I took delivery of my new A4 the next day. Very happy with the experience I received and will definitely be going back. More
