Replaced damaged tire Richard in service was very helpful in providing number to call to arrange service of replacement of the damaged tire with the spare. Which in turn re Richard in service was very helpful in providing number to call to arrange service of replacement of the damaged tire with the spare. Which in turn required the information off the tire for Richard to promptly order a replacement tire and he suggested I bring the wheel to the shop so when the new tire arrived they could immediately mount and balance it. By 3 pm Richard call to advise the car would be ready by about 3:30. After about a 15 minutes I drove away with new tire and washed car. Excellent staff and service. More

Turned a potential problem to a win I was not entirely satisfied with my initial vehicle purchase due to some miscommunication. Purchase of New Vehicle The purchase of the new vehicle was less stressful than anticipated. The salesperson (Herman) and the business manager were professional and provided The purchase of the new vehicle was less stressful than anticipated. The salesperson (Herman) and the business manager were professional and provided information to assist in reaching a decision on purchasing the vehicle. In meeting with the person to finalise the financing found that experience to be simple, easy and had a understanding of the costs. The only piece that was was stressful and not as pleasant was the purchasing of the insurance. While having the insurance agent attend at the dealership was convenient I found the purchase to be rushed with very little explanation as to the coverages and the options that were available. The entire purchase of the insurance seemed to be more about initialing and signing forms as required with very little time spent on explaining what was being agreed to. Overall the entire experience was positive but the insurance process did create some anxiety that was not evident in the actual purchase and finance of the car. More
