Purchase of New Vehicle The purchase of the new vehicle was less stressful than anticipated. The salesperson (Herman) and the business manager were professional and provided The purchase of the new vehicle was less stressful than anticipated. The salesperson (Herman) and the business manager were professional and provided information to assist in reaching a decision on purchasing the vehicle. In meeting with the person to finalise the financing found that experience to be simple, easy and had a understanding of the costs. The only piece that was was stressful and not as pleasant was the purchasing of the insurance. While having the insurance agent attend at the dealership was convenient I found the purchase to be rushed with very little explanation as to the coverages and the options that were available. The entire purchase of the insurance seemed to be more about initialing and signing forms as required with very little time spent on explaining what was being agreed to. Overall the entire experience was positive but the insurance process did create some anxiety that was not evident in the actual purchase and finance of the car. More

Able to get a courtesy car which was perfect as servicing took nearly three hours and 8 had a few errands to get done. Have the best coffee at the dealership. Thought to cost of the service seemed a little high especially when there was nothing wrong with the car. It has only 25000 km after 2 years. More
