Exceptional care and service I found really bad slashes and cuts on two tires that made me really worry about driving even for another day. I called several repair shops to buy / install new tires quickly but none of them could take the job so I called this Audi dealer where I take my car for service. They knew I have snow tires. Instead of selling new summer tires which I thought I should get first, they suggested me to swap to winter tires as it will need to be done soon regardless and told me I can buy the summer tire next time when I visit. The tires they quoted me was very reasonable. They squeezed me in the afternoon and even washed my car after the service. I can't imagine any other place could give such service. More
