We initially wanted to take a look at a used Audi, but it was already sold, so we ended up checking out the brand new Audi. Jae informed us about the Q5’s options and features. He also offered us to go for a test drive. He was extremely patient when we were deciding whether we are interested in the Q5 and he was not being pushy or anything. We felt very relaxed talking to him. This is our first Audi purchase and he has definitely provided excellent customer service. He followed up with us even after purchase to ensure that all our questions are answered. We would definitely recommend Jae at Capilano Audi! More

As always, Capilano Audi's Service Team Is World Class Came in for my snow tire change over and some other small maintenance items. Service For Recalls My experience with two recalls for my 2013 A4 could have been better, otherwise my rating would be 5 stars. An appointment for the first recall, the My experience with two recalls for my 2013 A4 could have been better, otherwise my rating would be 5 stars. An appointment for the first recall, the auxiliary heater, was made for January 15, 2018. I received a telephone message the day before reminding me of the appointment. However, when I arrived at the dealership for the service, driving 50 km from White Rock, the part was not available. That recall was done on Oct. 12 during the annual service on the vehicle. Unfortunately the part for the second recall, the after run cooling pump, was not available so the car will need to be returned at a later date. Other than these two glitches my experience with the service department staff has been excellent. Peter Hemmes More
