2nd Audi purchase Dealt with Trevor 6 months ago and didn't manage to get a deal together (through no fault of Trevor's). I went back to him after buying another car w Dealt with Trevor 6 months ago and didn't manage to get a deal together (through no fault of Trevor's). I went back to him after buying another car which turned out I didn't like at all. Nothing to do with Trevor, but quite disappointed in my trade-in value, however that's the joy of dealing with a dealer as opposed to a private sale. I know Capilano Audi needs to make money on both the resale of my trade-in plus the new A3 I just bought, but really that much????. Also, I didn't realize when I was looking at the A3 model Trevor selected for me, that the A3 is the ONLY model that doesn't have the Homelink Garage door opening capability. It wasn't until I had finalized the deal that I realized I didn't see a button to operate a garage door in the car. I can't believe I have to start using my 'clicker' again that I haven't needed for 6 years. How expensive is it to have this small option built into the A3???? It can't be that much. Other than that, looking forward to dealing with Audi for all my future A3 'needs', whatever they may be. More

The next day was delivery day. Not haveing a ride to North Van (I live in Port Coquitlam) Bobby offered to come and give me a ride. This was on a day off for Bobby no less. I was very impressed. Everything was ready for me when I arrived. All the paperwork was handle without any delays. I was out the door and enjoying my new Q5. Everyone I met and dealt with were so nice to me. Excellent Vehicle Purchase Experience at Capilano Audi Very personable, courteous & knowledgable sales representative / Audi Brand Specialist (ABS) The ABS was quick to ascertain our pre-owned vehicle pre Very personable, courteous & knowledgable sales representative / Audi Brand Specialist (ABS) The ABS was quick to ascertain our pre-owned vehicle preferences and to select candidate vehicles from inventory for our inspection & test drive. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. The ABS focused only on how well we thought the candidate vehicles met our requirements. The ABS quickly organized the paperwork once we had decided which vehicle to purchase and made us aware of a Winter Wheel & Tire package available at a very competitive price that we purchased with the vehicle. The Audi Certified vehicle program was a prime consideration in our purchase as it provides a 2 year or 80,000 km warranty. As part of the Audi Certification, our vehicle had been thoroughly inspected by Audi's service department, fully serviced and came with a brand new set of all-weather tires. On handover to us at Capilano Audi, the vehicle had been fully detailed and was spotless inside and out. An ICBC insurance agent was available in-house to finalize that aspect of the purchase prior to us taking delivery. While waiting for the final vehicle wash to be completed, the ABS introduced us to Service Dept. and Parts Dept. staff for future contact if required. The dealership showroom was neat, clean, and well organized with comfortable seating everywhere and well stocked prospective customer / client amenities. All in all It was a pleasure purchasing the vehicle from this Audi team. More
