There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. The ABS focused only on how well we thought the candidate vehicles met our requirements. The ABS quickly organized the paperwork once we had decided which vehicle to purchase and made us aware of a Winter Wheel & Tire package available at a very competitive price that we purchased with the vehicle. The Audi Certified vehicle program was a prime consideration in our purchase as it provides a 2 year or 80,000 km warranty. As part of the Audi Certification, our vehicle had been thoroughly inspected by Audi's service department, fully serviced and came with a brand new set of all-weather tires. On handover to us at Capilano Audi, the vehicle had been fully detailed and was spotless inside and out. An ICBC insurance agent was available in-house to finalize that aspect of the purchase prior to us taking delivery. While waiting for the final vehicle wash to be completed, the ABS introduced us to Service Dept. and Parts Dept. staff for future contact if required. The dealership showroom was neat, clean, and well organized with comfortable seating everywhere and well stocked prospective customer / client amenities. All in all It was a pleasure purchasing the vehicle from this Audi team. More

I was able to contact Richard Hong in Service who apparently had sufficient experience to suggest a probable solution: The driver's door needed some service and a new cable. This was very "heads up" of Richard. Saved me a lot of time. I purchased the Q5 through Trevor Smith. Very good sales person to deal with.
