The whole process of purchasing a new car from Capilano Audi was a great experience. Communication, product knowledge, & patience by all at this dealership was greatly appreciated. A special thanks to Chris Bong who listened to my requirements (which changed a few times) with great patience. Also, he spent over an hour with my wife and me upon delivery of the Q5 explaining the electronics of the SUV, A week later, having forgot some of the things that he told us, he made himself available to answer questions we had about the car in a clear, knowledgeable manner.
