Initially I saw the car advertised online and so I inquired about it, within minutes Chris phoned me and was able to answer all of my technical questions regarding the vehicle. I had a tricky situation having to break the lease on my M4 early but the Sales Managers Tim and Nihk stepped up and made the numbers work. In the end, I am super impressed with the professionalism of this dealership. Will recommend them to all my family and friends. More

The delivery of my car was off the charts, sorry I do not remember the fellow's name that assisted me but he was the best. Worst Purchase Experience Ever! Do not Come Here We have experienced the worst dealing with the this dealership, especially with their sales and finance team. The process has been frustrating and deg We have experienced the worst dealing with the this dealership, especially with their sales and finance team. The process has been frustrating and degrading. At the time of purchase, we were told by Aaron and Juan that the car was in mint condition and all maintenance and repairs were up to date. One the 5th day and second time when we drove the car, the engine light popped on, and the nightmare began. The car was brought back to their service department twice for unexpected major fix and parts repair/replacement. Over the course of 7 weeks period, we've had the car for less than 10 days. When dealing with the dealership, we were passed off from the sales department to the service department back and forth for numerous times, using words " this is a service issue, we don't know anything about it" and " You have to check in with the sales department, we can't help you...etc" We reached out to two sales managers to address our issue with no immediate response, and had to follow up numerous time to get a call back. We were promised by both Aaron Li and Nihk Lo that they will take the vehicle back and issue a refund due to the condition of the car, however, all words were just a big fat lie, and communication has been cut off and we got passed onto their business manager, who firmly told us that the refund was never an option, and they crunched some numbers and it doesn't make financial sense for them to do so. When we offer to cover the dealer's lost we were told they can't' disclose any numbers to us, "the is yours and you have to take it, whether you like it or not." When we raised our concern about the car's condition and safety, their business manger Andrew basically told us to F*** off in different words, giving us no options but to force our hands to take the vehicle which is against our will. We had lost faith in the vehicle, in the Audi brand, and certainly in this dealership. Until now, our request is still not being fulfilled and our frustration and disappointment are beyond words can describe. Based on our experience, there is no real customer service in this dealership. They pretend they care but they really don't, it's just an unethical business that they are practicing. Take your money and go somewhere else, don't come here unless you want to have a nightmare like ours. More

Polite, patient, courteous, professional, and welcoming. Tim - who was my main point of contact - was fantastic. Tried to find the perfect car for me (based on my option requirements), but turns out it didn't exist; however he put me in a perhaps even better car. I made Tim work hard for the deal, but he made a solid offer, and I'll be loyal to this dealership from here on in. Thanks so much Tim and team. More
