Hello David, I'm sorry about your frustration while we tried diligently to repair your vehicle for the past few months. Our entire team tried everything in our power to replicate the issue without success, nearly replacing every related component allowed under warranty. However, we feel differently about the level of customer service we provided you as you were provided our loaner car to drive for the past few months, received a valet-drop off of a brand new Audi SQ5 for you to test drive for a few days, and the Service Department even offered you a free set of tires to be installed on your vehicle in order to compensate you for your troubles. I apologize if at times the communication with our Service Department was spotty, but I can also confirm that our Service Manager, Nick Leuchte has lately been in frequent communication with you, speaking with you 30 minutes before you wrote this review. However, I did not see any of these points mentioned in your review. In any case we value your business and if there is anything else we can do to improve your satisfaction please let me know. Hello Derek, Thank you for your response. I would like to correct you on a few of the points that you responded with: Firstly, my post was 30 minutes prior to the callback that I received from your service department and therefore the tires that were offered had not been mentioned when I posted. Secondly, your use of an SQ5 was in response to my interest in possibly upgrading my vehicle. Thirdly, the use of a courtesy car (A4) for a period of 3 months while I continued to make payments and insure my own Q3, was quite an inconvenience. My wife and I have a dog, among other reasons for purchasing an SUV type vehicle. The car provided for 3 months was not equivalent for our needs. While I appreciate the eventual effort on behalf of your service department, the only reason that I eventually received any personal service, was because I complained. My previous experience with the Cap Audi sales and service team prior to this issue was very good, however on this occasion it was severely lacking. I can’t imagine taking a vehicle to a private garage and them keeping a vehicle for 3 months with less than monthly updates. Thank you for your attention, I feel it was necessary to respond and correct your post.
