My warrantied Q3 has been with service dept for 3 months Absolutely baffled by the lack of customer service. My Q3 has been making an annoying sound in the steering or front wheels for a couple of years. I Absolutely baffled by the lack of customer service. My Q3 has been making an annoying sound in the steering or front wheels for a couple of years. I complained about it every time I brought it in for servicing but they kept saying they couldn’t “replicate” the sound. Skip 2 years ahead, and as my warranty was nearing its end I brought it in again with recordings of the sound, and then “replicated” the sound with multiple different service reps and mechanics. They agreed responsibility to have it fixed under warranty, however at time of writing they have had my car for over 3 months without having fixed the issue. During the last 2 months I have had 2 calls from them to “update” me, one of which was to notify me that the the courtesy car’s insurance had expired. This is the second Audi I have purchased through Cap Audi, and just prior to bringing the car in, I had been contemplating upgrading to an SQ5. Over this past 3 months , I have had more contact from the sales department than the service department. On at least 3 occasions they have returned the car to me, only for the sound to be heard within the first day of getting it back. Absolutely at my wits end as to what to do! It’s incredible that they would have such a lack of care for a returning customer that has already spent about $100,000 with them and that’s was contemplating making another approximately $60,000 purchase (not to mention a previous veh purchased from Cap VW)....
