Purchasing a Used Car Sight Unseen! I live in Ontario and saw a 2005 Audi A4 Cabriolet finished in Silver and Red, a very rare colour combination. I just sold 2 Saab Aero convertibles ov I live in Ontario and saw a 2005 Audi A4 Cabriolet finished in Silver and Red, a very rare colour combination. I just sold 2 Saab Aero convertibles over the week-end and was slowly looking for a new convertible. This one with less that 130 KMs looked like it was in amazing condition and one of the cheapest in Canada. I contacted the Capilano Audi and got in touch with Kris Prazma in sales whom has been amazing to deal with. I explained to Kris that I lived in Toronto and needed to ship the vehicle from Vancouver to Toronto sight unseen. Kris personally took 30 pics of the vehicle and sent them to me. I also had a close friend whom lives in Vancouver to inspect the car. My friend said the vehicle was excellent and was as described by Kris. After shrewd negotiations, I ended up paying full price! The vehicle was in high demand. I dealt with Matthew Tarka from finance and he was just as professional and helpful as Kris. After multiple emails, calls and coordination, the deal was done. In less than a week, the car was processed, my new ownership paperwork was Fedexed and in my hand in Toronto and my car is on a train enroute home. This was not an expensive purchase but I was treated with professionalism and respect as if I was buying a new R8. I highly recommend this dealership and these two gentlemen! I went to another dealership closer to me for my first service, but switched to Capilano Audi for the remaining services based on my great sales experience. I have had all services there since. I seem to always be able to get in on short notice, and Desmond proactively provides me with all the information I need about the service. The shuttle service is prompt and very flexible.
