Since I live out of town, I was hoping to find a rep that could help my elderly parents with a purch We purchased a 2018 Micra from MICHAL CWIKLINSKI. Since I live out of town, I was hoping to find a rep that could help my elderly parents with a purchase via distance and I can say that Michal was a true gem. Firstly, he negotiated us a great deal, then he offered to help them dispose of their old car and cover all the costs. Then he even went as far as to pick them up and show them the car, and if that wasn't enough, he also drove my mom to get her hearing aid. Typically that would be great in itself, but when Michal accidently promised us a rear view camera, which is NOT an option on this model...he went as far as to go the extra mile and get my parents a high quality (better than stock) camera installed and even threw in 2 years free service. Lets face it, in this business, integrity and honesty like this is unheard of. I highly recommend that wherever Michal Cwiklinski is working, you purchase your car from him. lost deposit check We went to the dealer looking for a truck, found one and put a $5,000 cheque down as a deposit for the truck, the truck just came into to the dealer, We went to the dealer looking for a truck, found one and put a $5,000 cheque down as a deposit for the truck, the truck just came into to the dealer, they checked out the truck and found there was a major problem with it and didn't want to sell it to us, they where going to sell it at the auction. We also found a car we liked and wanted to buy it, all they could give us off was $10. 00 from the asking price. We then decide not to buy. We asked for the cheque back but they seemed to lost it, or maybe they shredded it?, Peter the salesman wasn't sure. There is a blank $5,000 cheque out there, anyone one can cash. Not good business practice. Side note, we bought the same car at Campus Acura , next door for over $1,100 off, from the asking price. More
Impressive, no hassle service from this dealership. After trying to deal in our home city and being offered insulting prices for our trade, plus high pressure sales tactics, we contacted Campus by phone After trying to deal in our home city and being offered insulting prices for our trade, plus high pressure sales tactics, we contacted Campus by phone re a price difference between our trade and a new Murano and were able to quickly negotiate a reasonable deal with Mandu. Once at the dealership, Steve and Bobbi got us acquainted with all the new features and did the necessary paperwork.. Two days later we were off on a road trip and had problems with the navigation system. We called Campus and had sales, service and a tech person all do their best to resolve the issue via long distance. Turned out it was not the system but the operator! Just recently we had the Murano back for it's first oil change and check. Although the service department is very busy they accommodated our time frame, gave us a loaner vehicle and finished the work quickly and at no charge! They even retrieved a package we left behind in the loaner and held it for us till we could get back to Victoria!! Great people .... and best of all ... we love our Murano More

Old-school cartoon-style dealership I had done all my research beforehand, went in with money in my pocket to look at a Rogue. I was almost tackled by a salesperson in the parking lot on I had done all my research beforehand, went in with money in my pocket to look at a Rogue. I was almost tackled by a salesperson in the parking lot on my way in, which wasn't a nice start. I told the salesperson exactly what I wanted, colour, model, every detail, and I wanted his lowest price in 15 minutes with no goofy negotiating. I was seated at his desk and he asked for my drivers' license. "Why?" I asked. "I don't want a test drive, just a price." He said it was just to "open a quote" for me. So I handed it to him. He took off like a rocket with my license and promptly disappeared for 10 minutes. Finally he comes back, proceeds to negotiate with me. I keep saying all I want is his lowest offer on exactly such and such a car. He wont do it. Finally, now 30 minutes into my visit and still no single number has come my way, he comes back with a ridiculous made up document where it says "I (the undersigned) commit to buying (this car) after I get this quote." Are. You. Kidding. Me. I ask one last time if he will simply tell me their lowest offer on the unit. No, he says, not until I sign an agreement to buy it. Later that day I get an alert from Equifax - the guy was RUNNING MY CREDIT from my drivers license. I never mentioned financing, I had the money WITH ME. He took my personal information on fraudulent terms and ran my credit, and the craziest thing was, I told him I wanted the CASH PRICE. Cannot imagine why anyone would buy a car from those folks. Just cartoonish. Run, don't walk, run away. More

The sales rep and manager took their time to understand my needs, explained various options, and cushioned my whole experience of buying this car. In addition, they took care of the details so that I have turned my old car over to the Scrap-It Program yielding a $3,000 rebate. It was hardly worth a few hundred otherwise. In Sept of 2015 I bought a 2013 Leaf, Campus lied to me about how often these get stolen (like never) to sell me theft insurance, and then sold me an extended warranty for a gasoline engine NOT the electric one I bought. I asked for a phone call back, and no one has ever called me. Be aware according to law you have 30 days to cancel any extended warranty they sell you, and I sure did. They also said I would get a full battery report, and I haven't received it yet either. It's all about how much money you leave behind. I will not recommend these guys to ANYONE who doesn't want to be treated like a piece of meat. As a professional salesperson myself, I would NEVER treat a customer like this. They won't be getting any more of my money, because apparently they aren't interested in keeping customers or ensuring they have a positive experience. Oh and I love the car! More
