Take advantage! My wife recently took my van to the service center after noticing a grinding noise in the front end while driving. Thinking that the work might be covered by the extented warrenty package we purchased she asked for the service department to have a look. after having the van for an hour she recieved the call that the van was ready for pick up as the noise had been located... When she came to get the van she was told that a backing plate ( sheet metal dust cover) was rubbing ont the brake rotor. After being advised that the brakes were the problem it was not covered under the warrenty and gave her a bill for $52.25+ tax in labor to bend the thin piece of metal so it cleared the brakes (tools required- one flat head screw driver for leverage, 1 pinky finger to ad pressure) Thanks Cambridge for taking advantage of a woman that didn't know any better! More

Incompetent Had extended warranty work; changed alternator and starter. Car was returned to me with engine light on. I was told it was on when they got the car so Had extended warranty work; changed alternator and starter. Car was returned to me with engine light on. I was told it was on when they got the car so not their problem. Of course it was on, it came on just before the electrical gave out. Even better, the steering was askew. Tires pointed straight, steering wheel 100 degrees turned left. I got out of the driveway, discovered the issue and turned right back in. Again, not their problem. They told me it was probably the tow company that brought my car there from KIA Kitchener who sent it. (KIA Kitchener was closest when my electrical failed). Turns out that was true and tow company covered the repairs. Unfortunately, KIA Cambridge was happy to release the vehicle to me in this condition without saying a word. Rather than own up to their incompetence George Chalhoub (part owner) dug his heels in. They wouldn't even come out to their parking lot to see what I was talking about. They suggested I drive it like that to the tow company to look at. I bought the car at Cambridge KIA new. They may be nice and friendly when buying a car, but they're too busying hanging self-congratulatory banners in the showroom to help you when you need them. More

Great place to buy a vehicle Just finished buying my 2nd vehicle from Cambridge Kia. Adam was great answered all our questions and took the time to help us find the right vehicle.
