Worst experience of my life. Bought a new Sportage and it spent the first month in the garage. Check engine light was always on. It took a month to figure this out. Just got cheated! How could a company like Kia behave like this to their customers. This is the worst customer service experience in my life. I purchased Seltos How could a company like Kia behave like this to their customers. This is the worst customer service experience in my life. I purchased Seltos sx turbo worth 48K at the Cambridge kia showroom and the sales guy explained me the features and they offered winter tires with alloy rim for extra 2 grands.I was pleased with their approach and spent around 50 thousand of my hard earned money on the car. They let me know that the car would be having wireless car-play, after the car delivered i could see that it is wired. I asked twice to the sales person whether it is wired or not and he assured it was not wired. Is it appropriate to give false information somebody who spent exuberant amount of money on a new car? Secondly they didn’t provide me winter tire with alloy. Well, please don’t give false promise if u can’t keep it. I have been trying to get in touch with the manager for the past few days. They kept transferring my phone calls and couldn’t even speak to them till now. I took a day off from work and went to meet them in person and nobody helped me out to sort this out. Whoever I talk in this company are just beating around the bush and not even trying to understand the situation. If this is the customer service for a premium car customer then how it goes with others? Such horrible experience. You pay for something and as bonus they make you mentally stressed as well. I didn’t want anybody else to have the same situation. Stay away from these people, they are just there to loot you. I already spent money, now i have to take day offs and get my issues sorted out. That is a good way to lose time and money! I highly recommend you to stay away! Highly disappointed! More
Hi I have nothing but praise for haseeb the car salesman he worked hard so I could purchase 2022 kia niro which was great back in February 2022 she's a great car I was in a accident two weeks later so I too he worked hard so I could purchase 2022 kia niro which was great back in February 2022 she's a great car I was in a accident two weeks later so I took my vehicle back to kia for repair what a mistake it took 5 months of telling me lies since the parts were in on may 20th so should of been repaired my beginning of June not so while repairing my vehicle one of the technicians dented my drivers door and wouldn't say who did it and kept on telling me you get your car back on days that never happened service department is so disorganized and no one knows what's going on and ontop of all the hasel and stress when I finally picked up my vehicle beginning of July one of my front drivers floor Matt has gone missing and they don't know where it's gone so I'm out more money it's very sad after purchasing alot of cars from here I may in the future to buy a car from here but will never ever trust Cambridge kia to service my vehicle again they lost my business its great when my insurance guys apologized for all the crap Cambridge kia put me through and till this day no one at Cambridge kia has apologized just the service department needs to have a meeting to show that customers should be kept upto date on what is going on with the owners vehicles its a car but in my case I'm a community psw and bought the vehicle to save on gas and this year didn't help at all but my vehicle is back for years too come The salesmen are excellent they are very helpful and it's just the service department doesn't care when and how fast they get the vehicle fixed I guess I learned a lesson by taking my vehicle to where I trusted them and not some other garage I didn't know so I won't be going to Cambridge kia anymore unless I buy another car More
