Terrible sales team. My daughter was ready to put 5k down on a new forte. We just had a few adjustments to the quote we wanted. Ie no rust protection. He said he would get back to us that day and never did. We dropped by again the next morning and were told by Faiyaz that the car was sold. This dealership is completely taking advantage of customers and if you won’t buy all their add ones, they have no time for you. Given that there are many dealers in the area, I would suggest Nissan or Toyota who both have fantastic customer service. More

Took my car in to the dealer for small oil leak. Estimated repair over $2000 due to a 12 hour labor charge. Then, when the engine was taken out, the traction sensor was busted. Yay! Exactly why I voiced my concerns to the actual mechanic I didn't want the engine removed - but he did it anyway! now KIA has had my car from Monday and picking it up Saturday a total of 6 days for a 12 hour repair. . I am also a care giver for my disabled father, and cannot put his wheel chair in the rental car - which is costing my over $600. Kia said they will offset the rental cost, but I would rather have had my car done timely and been able to care for my father. This is an absolute joke of a repair and cost. Do not buy a KIA. And if you have one, avoid the dealer. More
