The sales rep, Faiyaz, wouldn’t respond back to my daughters te texts. I went into the office and spoke to the mgr, Ishtiaq, who seemed like he would help. He said he would get back to us that day and never did. We dropped by again the next morning and were told by Faiyaz that the car was sold. This dealership is completely taking advantage of customers and if you won’t buy all their add ones, they have no time for you. Given that there are many dealers in the area, I would suggest Nissan or Toyota who both have fantastic customer service. More

Took my car in to the dealer for small oil leak. Estimated repair over $2000 due to a 12 hour labor charge. Then, when the engine was taken out, the traction sensor was busted. Yay! Exactly why I voiced my concerns to the actual mechanic I didn't want the engine removed - but he did it anyway! now KIA has had my car from Monday and picking it up Saturday a total of 6 days for a 12 hour repair. . I am also a care giver for my disabled father, and cannot put his wheel chair in the rental car - which is costing my over $600. Kia said they will offset the rental cost, but I would rather have had my car done timely and been able to care for my father. This is an absolute joke of a repair and cost. Do not buy a KIA. And if you have one, avoid the dealer. More
I have got say this is the worst service centre I have ever been to. The service technician Collin Nichols is just awful. I went to on June 22 to get a rumbling noise on my vehicle to be checked. The service centre had to order the parts. I received a phone call on June 26 stating did not receive all the parts to fill order wait till June 29. I stated no you need to get the work completed by June 28. Work was completed on the June 28. The noise that I initially went to get fixed from June 22, was not resolved. I was told that unsure of where the noise was coming from. The same service technician who serviced vehicle on June 22, also serviced on June 28. He left a mess in my vehicle. I was very upset. I went to service my vehicle & problem was not resolved. I paid over $4,000. Naturally, I complained to Camp Mart. Because they own Cambridge Kia. Camp Mart needs to step up and put pressure on those working at Cambridge Kia franchise. Because if they don't... I will be going to another Kia dealership somewhere else. That is a fact! More

Can't see how this dealership will be around for long. None of the comments are good either. Apparently, I'm not the only one who feels Cambridge Kia is a waste of lot space. More

Navdeep communicated with us the next day as soon as an excellent vehicle was available, so we drove back to the Cambridge dealershop and since the timing was perfect we were able to be the 1st in line for the Kia Telleuride 2023 SX AWD. Both Navdeep, Rubal and the General Manager Baba provided excellent service in assisting me and my family to purchase this luxurios vehicle. I must say how much Rubal contributed, we got three of the top people working on our purchase from the introduction of the vehicle thru financing. The general manager Baba told Navdeep to "makie it happen" and with the help and guidance from Rubal (very experienced professional) They MADE IT HAPPEN as a Team and they gave me an excellent price for my trade in. Thanks Irfan Baba. I am now the proud owner of a Brand New 2023 Telluride SX AWD. Thanks Cambridge Kia. More
I am writing this review from the dealership. I am looking for a 3 row SUV and hence wanted to check about Telluride. Spoke over phone with the General Manager here. Came here an hour back and still waiting for a sales representative to attend to. I know there are less people today because of holiday season but for the past 15mins I see the employees standing and chatting with themselves but no one cared to help me out. I even told I am ready to speak to anyone who could help me and don’t want to wait for one single person. Nothing works, I am planning to start back home. Great service KIA. You lost a business ! I would rather take a less attractive car with a good reliability than your xxxxty service ! More
