I am sorry that you felt we were being unreasonable, but Cassandra tried to explain that the vehicle's warranty is attached to the VIN of the car and does not need to be switched in the system. As for recalls, they get sent to the address on the current ownership of the vehicle. When you asked for snow tires, she tried to get more info from you in order to give you the best quote.

Casandra's explanation re vehicle warranty registration did not make sense & was not what Kia Canada told me. Kia Canada's explanation made perfect sense. Cassandra's did not. Not once did she say anything about recall notices being linked to the vehicle's registered owner as verified by Transport Ontario. All she did was make a simple explanation confusing and nonsensical. I did not ask about snow tires. I asked for a cost for 4-stud rims so that I could have my current snow tires remounted for use on my new-to-me Kia. She didn't ask for size of tires, etc. She just spouted off prices without getting details that would have allowed her to give a legitimate quote.She was dismissive and rude and not at all interested in providing good, professional, customer service. She acted like my daughter and I were being a nuisance and bothering her and that she had better things to be doing than serve us. We were so disgusted by her attitude and tone of voice we didn't even bother to ask about a touch-up paint pen that I wanted to purchase. As far as I am concerned, my Review stands. the service I received was not acceptable and the attitude displayed by Cassandra was unprofessional.
