Upon returning, we found the vehicle had been pulled into the shop for paint touch ups, so we could not drive it. We were told it would be ready Monday or Tuesday. We indicated great interest (we had every intention of purchasing it- barring a bad test drive or Carproof report) and left both home & cell numbers. No messages Monday or Tuesday. By Wed am I left a message for Pedram asking when it would be ready. No return call. At 5 pm-ish I called the main number and asked for him. When he finally came to the phone, I was told that the vehicle had been sold out from under us. Pedram did not make any effort to contact us and give us a heads up that someone else was interested, or have the courtesy to call and tell us that it was no longer available. I really would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Poor attitude regarding customer service. More

She even got their shuttle service to drop me off and pick me up. My car needed a bit of work (it is older 2005), her knowledge and professionalism helped me make an informed decision. There was no pressure for me to do any repairs it was my choice. I would recomend Cambridge Kia to my family and friends for service on their car even if it isnt a kia. It a clean and welcoming environment. More

First off a standard oil change for $53 where they charge labour? Ridiculous. Got my winter tires on after lots of phone calls back and forth. What was said to be 45 mins became 90 mins. Then I got home and realized they didn't send me the tire rebate form and one of the tire caps was missing. Told that 4 winter floor mats would be $190 so I said yes, couldn't find the back ones when I came to get them. Phoned early next week to say they were here and I said I'd be in the following Saturday. Came in Saturday they had no recollection and wanted to charge me another $170 on top of the $180 I spent. Ended up being late for work while they tried to find the back mats that I was phoned to say they were in. Once I speak to the service guy that told me the prices I'm never getting service done there again! So angry about my experience! More

Unacceptble Service Attitude I went in to have the warranty on my recently new-to-me Kia transferred into my name so that I would be the owner-of-record for any manufacturer updat I went in to have the warranty on my recently new-to-me Kia transferred into my name so that I would be the owner-of-record for any manufacturer updates, recall,s, offers, etc. I was not listened to; was told ownership was by VIN No. not owner name, e.g. the previous owner was the owner-of-record, not me & would get any manufacturer updates, etc. I persevered & tried to get a quote for snow tire rims, the clerk just rambled off numbers. & didn't even ask or listen to what I was saying re size of tires, etc. I will not be having my car serviced at this Kia dealership. Customer Service Canada was able to handle this request to my satisfaction.. More
Worth the drive We drove over 5 hours to this dealership because there was a vehicle that interested us, and we felt at ease with Pedram Saisan's friendly yet respect We drove over 5 hours to this dealership because there was a vehicle that interested us, and we felt at ease with Pedram Saisan's friendly yet respectful personality, along with his willingness to help us get the vehicle we were looking for. He was patient with us, always willing to answer questions in a forthright way, and he was so kind and encouraging even when helping with my technology challenged efforts to figure out how to set up the hands free calling in our new vehicle. We would recommend Pedram to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Dave Woodall was also very helpful and we appreciated his efforts in working around our schedule and requests, especially for the addition of a darker tint for the windows. Unfortunately, a hood deflector that was present on the vehicle in the photo on the website, was not on the vehicle when we took delivery, nor did we notice whether or not it was on the vehicle at the time of the test drive, or this experience could have unfolded quite differently. After we got home, we contacted Dave Woodall to confirm that we wished to purchase a darker window tint. We also inquired about purchasing deflectors/rainguards for the side windows so as to complete the over all look of the vehicle. When we attended to pick up the vehicle, our lovely darker tint and side deflectors were indeed installed, but there was no deflector on the hood of the vehicle. When we addressed the issue of the missing hood deflector, we were quite disappointed at being told that the photo of the vehicle on the website was of a different vehicle than that which we purchased. Although we inquired about getting a hood deflector installed, the instructions for the part indicated the vehicle would have to stay in warmth for several hours, and we could not stay in Cambridge overnight. We appreciate the great customer service put forth by Pedram and Dave, and that speaks for itself. We are, however, disappointed with the attitude of the management, as what began as an exciting event for us, has left us with a sour aftertaste. More

After shopping around for several days and test driving a couple other vehicles I went by Cambridge Kia on a Sunday and to my surprise they were OPEN!! Not only that but nearly every vehicle in their lot had a price and description in the window (nearly every other used car lot I checked didn't have ANY prices on their vehicle. For somebody shopping on a budget, having prices clearly marked on the vehicles was extremely helpful so I didn't have to waste my time checking a dealership that offered nothing in my price range. Pedram was extremely attentive to my requirements, price range and concerns and I felt well taken care off, taken serious and being heard. Everybody I spoke to and had contact with throughout this purchase was very helpful, considered and straight forward. A very pleasant experience. If the future service is anything like the purchasing experience then this dealership deserves a 5-star-rating. Thank you very much "Pedram & crew" :) Corinna G More

When I searched both cars on the autotrader, cambridge kia came up both times and they were the the best in the kw area. When I got to the dealer, Mark came out and showed me both cars. He was professional and friendly. He took the time to make sure the Jetta was the right car for me. I ended up buying the Jetta from mark and have to say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would recommend going to cambridge kia if your looking for any type of used car, they have a good product and amazing prices. More
Recommend service shop for Nationwide Warranty Had a service issue where the passenger front door would not open from the outside. Brought the vehicle in have service done as per extended warranty Had a service issue where the passenger front door would not open from the outside. Brought the vehicle in have service done as per extended warranty coverage. Upon their inspection of the vehicle they state that treads of screws for the door was crossed treaded and I would have to pay out of pocket for this to be corrected $115.00. At this point I was told they will need to order the part for the door module and did not put handle back on outside because it would be easier for them to access it once I brought car back in. Handle left in glove compartment of vehicle. Calling shop every week for 3 weeks to confirm if part had arrived still being told they would call me when part arrived. Which I never received..It got to the point where I had to call in and say I received a call about a part coming in and I'm just calling to book an appointment. At this point I received a date when they could do the work which was on a Monday. I arrived sharply at 8:00 am for first appointment and waited approximately 1 1/2 hours to be told it was the wrong door side module ordered.So if I can come back following day.. When I came back on Tuesday and waiting about 2 hours was told a part was missing I would need to come back on Wednesday. During this time i could not use the front passenger door. After about 6 hours waiting on vehicle at dealer my car was finally ready. The worst experience I have ever had at any dealership or service location More
