Miguel, whether you have a Hyundai or any other vehicle. Battery warranty is usually 3 years or 60,000km. So if you choose not to buy a Hyundai next time, be aware the other manufacturers are the same. Next time you decide you want to air your grievance on line just make sure your facts are accurate. I recommend reaching out to the service department or a manager directly to discuss any concerns about repairs and associated costs in the future.

The facts are accurate! I paid over $760 to replace the battery on a car that was just over 3 years old and had less than 60,000 km on it. And yes, there are battery brands that offer a 5-year warranty, which is obviously not the case with the batteries offered by Hyundai. These are the facts! I just paid over $760 to replace the battery on a 3 year and a few month old car and you want to tell me that I'm wrong and that it's my fault for being disappointed? Is this how an unhappy customer is treated? I asked a question that wasn't answered. Why should my next car be a Hyundai and not another car brand?
