I feel very confident working with him. During the service, I had new tires installed. These tires came with a mail in rebate. When I left the shop, I realized that I hadn't received the rebate. When I came back to pick it up a few days later, Chris had filled out all of the information, printed another copy of the invoice, and prepared the rebate package so all I had to do was mail it in. Small thing, but it really shows his commitment to my satisfaction. More
