Current service is not indicative of past experience. The only reason rating isn’t lower is because I am hoping this is a one off. Communication/updates on activities was non-existent. Text messages were not returned. Emails were not returned. I understand that my issue was going to be a long wait (engine replacement) which was why I didn’t start reaching out after 7 days had past. Drop off on the 3-Jul first communication from service was 17-July. Pickup was 18-July. I knew it was a longer service, but how long should a customer go without any contact? Even when I went through the automated phone messages and choose “book an appointment “ option so I could talk to someone, they told me someone would call me back. Nope. I tried this tactic twice. My car is fine… but this wasn’t pleasant. The day I got my car back I found that my e-brake isn’t functioning (no tension when activated). I don’t want to bring it back. I’m considering other options. More

My salesman Karry was the only thing good about the whole experience , the finance team dropped the ball more then once in a matter of a few days to the point that me as a customer had to contact my insuranc experience , the finance team dropped the ball more then once in a matter of a few days to the point that me as a customer had to contact my insurance company when we told him who we were with prior to us leaving , go to pick car up on a Tuesday after buying it on the Saturday he didn’t verify with insurance company and I wouldn’t have my insurance papers so couldn’t drive that day then finding out that he pooched the financial paperwork and put my full mortgage on my name instead of using my wife who was also there and makes way more money then I do only to find out that my mortgage financial institution denied me because of how he drew up the forms it was a disaster then was in contact with assistant manager she was nice but never followed up with us afterwards, the two stars is for Karry I will never use Hyundai especially Cambridge ever and I’m willing to put this on social media.. More

This is by far the best customer service o have encountered at a car dealership! This is my third time there and because of the great people that work here, will keep me coming back.
