The staff are not as genuine and considerate as you would expect them to be. I purchased the premium extended warranty, had 2 issues found by my mechanic during a routine oil change, had my car brought in be expect them to be. Paid the $100 which I should have not done and drove off the lot with the same noises and issues. I trusted this dealership, I had issues when I purchased the suv and now this was enough for me to never recommend them and move onto the dealership in the next city. I’m disappointed with the lack of support received. More
