Service Excellencce I recently had an issue with my 2014 Santa Fe Sport and as it turns out the it was not a problem with the vehicle at all. Chris asked a few questions I recently had an issue with my 2014 Santa Fe Sport and as it turns out the it was not a problem with the vehicle at all. Chris asked a few questions and had a pretty good idea what the problem was. He pulled the vehicle into the service bay to verify and validated his diagnostics. He took care of the issue right away. Even though it was not a vehicle problem he treated the issue very professionally and exhibited what excellent service really is.
