Excellent service. Called for service because my brakes made a grinding noise. They had me in for service within the hour. Painless, almost pleasant service visit. Had to come in from out of town, only 5 days after a regular service appointment, for an additional problem that developed.. This required my car to Had to come in from out of town, only 5 days after a regular service appointment, for an additional problem that developed.. This required my car to be towed in after a weekend of no wheels.. Although Chris in the Service department advised me at the time of regular service that a necessary warrenty repair was needed, a part had to be ordered. He had warned that there was a slight chance the problem would worsen and it did, leading to the need for towing. Once contacted, Chris was very accomodating in getting me booked for the needed work and accessing the parts necessary The service went very smoothly and I was particularly impressed with Jim who was the Service Technician who did the repair on my vehicle. I got to see him in action and he was very efficient and competent. I also had the opportunity to ask a few questions and he gave answers that helped me understand what was happening. I found this very useful and satisfying. Overall, a relatively pleasant visit with no unexpected surprises. More

Detailed description of what the issue with my car was prior to the work and after the work was completed as well. I walked away confident that the issue was taken care of. Tracy was very nice and courteous on my customer pickup and drop off. She even opened the door to the car for me. How often can you say that. I will be coming back for any further service I may need. Service Excellence From the very first visit to the Cambridge Hyundai Dealership the staff were very receptive and listened to our needs and did everything they could to From the very first visit to the Cambridge Hyundai Dealership the staff were very receptive and listened to our needs and did everything they could to make it a positive experience. We already owned a 2013 Hyundai Tucson purchased from a different dealership, where we found the service to be lacking. They were indifferent to our needs and when we had a difficulty with the Bluetooth technology, they were sending us from one employee to another. In frustration we started looking for another dealership for our service needs. We called Cambridge Hyundai, and were very impressed with the reception we got from the Service department, the Sales staff and the Finance staff. So, we traded in our Tucson and purchased a Santa Fe Sport with many bells and whistles. We feel comfortable that any problems/issues are handled in a timely and professional manner. Paul Walia was very helpful in completing all the documentation and other details. Recently, we upgraded our cell phones and had a problem pairing the device to the Bluetooth in the vehicle. We came in and bumped into Matt Samis, who immediately offered to help us. It is a pleasure to visit the dealership. Everyone is friendly and helpful including the reception staff. Keep up the good work. More
