My sales person Jon was amazing he went over the various models of SUV they had, making sure I was within my budget while getting value for my money. Kylee took care of the financial aspect of things she sat down with us and made sure my selection was affordable she went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best rates possible. At the end of our purchase the manager came out and thanked us for our business. I am very big on customer service therefore it's a great feeling to know that our business is appreciated. All the other dealers were pleasant, but there was something very different with this dealership than any other I've been to ... and I've been to many.From the first phone call to the final handshake, the experience was really great. I wanted to buy a used 2017 Tucson that I found on their website, so went in a few weeks ago to test drive. Amber Rose was our salesperson. She provided excellent service, super knowledgeable and incredibly honest (as honest as a car salesperson can be!) She was happy to negotiate on pricing and ensured that all the fixes we wanted on our purchase was done to our satisfaction. Its a small lot, but the sales team were all super friendly, without being overly saccharine or insincere, you can tell that they all appreciate their jobs and enjoy working there. the atmosphere was like a family. Paul Walia took care of all the paper work and was incredibly thorough. What I appreciated the most was when I was waiting for Paul to finish with his previous client, I needed to find some dinner for my son., the gave me a loaner to go get some food down the street. What I also appreciated was how the management came out to introduce themselves and shake my hand. Its a personal touch that is missing from many other dealerships. Finally, really truly appreciated the bottle of wine and personal note in our car wishing us all the best and happy memory making with our new car! Satisfying Purchase Experience I have just purchased my 3rd Hyundai vehicle from Ferd. Ferd helped me through my decisions for the options I requested, as well as the options he sug I have just purchased my 3rd Hyundai vehicle from Ferd. Ferd helped me through my decisions for the options I requested, as well as the options he suggested, from the beginning of our deal, and surprising me, Ferd agreed to my requests to come to an agreement on our 2017 Santa Fe Sport Premium AWD. Then once I finally agreed to the deal with a phone call to give him the colour that we requested, which made Ferd,s day, he then helped to finalize it all.. Ferd was pleasant and helpful to make it an overall satisfying purchase experience. I dealt with Paul on the financial aspect of it. Paul is also very pleasant and made that end of it a truly relaxed satisfying experience . Paul discussed the warranty and extended warranty thoroughly with me, and understood why I do not agree with any extended warranty. Paul was not like other sales people elsewhere, that try to push extended warranty down your throat. I said no, and Paul understood and continued on with the purchase. I have been dealing with Ferd from my first leasing experience on a 2003 Tiburon, and then in 2005 with purchasing a 2006 Sonata from Ferd, where he was very helpful on both of those past transactions. Ferd listens and works his best deal for the customer. Gerry was very extremely thorough and pleasant through my time up to and including dropping off my trade in and explaining my new vehicle to me. And Gerry truly shines at being number one to customers. Many other employees that I talked with at the dealership, and others that I dealt with over the phone, were also extremely friendly and very helpful. I did not feel ignored by others, since I was dealing with Ferd. Katelyn was more than personable and her kindness added to my overall satisfying experience. We are extremely satisfied with our Hyundai Santa Fe and find it an amazing vehicle, and we get many compliments on the colour we chose.
