Dear Mr.Thompson, I am in receipt of your review of our Dealership and tagging me personally in it. If I felt the way you did, I would have tagged me as the one responsible as well. I am shocked that you felt our Dealership has somehow judged your integrity and or ability to pay for one of our products. I am at a loss for words because we have NEVER received such a review and somehow we have angered you to the point that you felt compelled to let us know exactly how you felt. Firstly, I am extremely apologetic for any staff member that made you feel this way.
