Everyone was happy and helpful, even to the gentleman who blew up a couple balloons for my balloon obsessed son. The dealership was neat, clean and well kept. I felt it was super easy and fun to buy a car here. We came in and didn't expect our price point to be matched but our sales rep not only met our expectation but went over and above anything we could have expected. Great Purchase In 2010. Awful service Originally bought my 2010 Santa fe and Accent here. Everything worked out great. I have been Dealing with Cambridge Hyundai on and off since 2010. My Originally bought my 2010 Santa fe and Accent here. Everything worked out great. I have been Dealing with Cambridge Hyundai on and off since 2010. My latest service issue was the worst, so that's all I will talk about. 2 weeks ago I had a wheel bearing start to go. I brought my Santa Fe in for service. I asked them to change both bearings on the front. I recieved a phone call From Ryan who has been a service manager for sometime. he informed me that the passenger side went on with no issues. But the driver side would not come off so it will cost me another $1800.00 because they would have to bust the axle to get it off. I asked them to stop all work. I rented a Uhaul car trailer, loaded the Santa fe up, and headed to were i now live Windsor. I dropped the car off at Windsor Hyundai and asked them to change the wheel bearing and i did not tell them about what was quoted from Cambridge Hyundai. 2 hours later they called me and said my car was done. And get this. $200.00 cheaper for same job and parts as the dealer in Cambridge. I talked Mark Erwin who runs the place. I told him how I was upset that his service department tried ripping me off again. He did seem sincere and apoligized. I also told him that I would not be making any complaints to Hyundai head office because he really was sorry for what I went through. Well today my wheel almost fell off. i had a thumping noise coming from the passenger front tire area. I jacked it up to take the wheel off so I could check for a broken belt. well guess what? the lug nuts were finger tight. Now I will be going to the top with all my complaints. Also going to be contacting someone in transport safety or whatever. Please do not take your vehicle here. there crooks and not educated More
2017 Elantra Limited lease I brought in my 2015 Elantra Limited lease return (leased from Milton Hyundai..and was not impressed with their follow-up after initial lease, never h I brought in my 2015 Elantra Limited lease return (leased from Milton Hyundai..and was not impressed with their follow-up after initial lease, never heard from them, other than to announce new models etc). I had my 2015 serviced a few times at Cambridge Hyundai, always had a great experience. Decided to do my 2017 lease at Cambridge Hyundai. My initial contact with a salesperson was with Cory Russworm while I was browsing during my last service appt. We discussed my options in terms of leasing again, buying back the 2015. When I came in a month later to discuss 2017 vehicle choices to suit my lease needs, Cory again assisted me and was very helpful. I ended up coming back a week later to select a 2017 Elantra Limited and do up the lease agreement. Cory was not in (I did not let him know) I was coming in that evening. Andy Leandres offered to do the work. And was also outstanding in his assisting me and getting the paper work done. Kylee took over the finance details and was also quite thorough and helpful. Great experience thus far and will be back, would recommend to a friend. Rob Traill More
