Charles worked to secure us the best possible interest rate and made the paperwork/financing aspect of purchasing a vehicle easy. We picked up our used 2018 Santa Fe XL in pristine condition. The vehicle looked like it was off the line—it was detailed, cleaned and had a full tank of gas. He took the time to show us how to use all the features and even set up the satellite radio presets.
