Great Customer Service I brought my car in for routine maintenance, and had booked the appointment a week prior online. They were very fast to confirm my appointment time, a I brought my car in for routine maintenance, and had booked the appointment a week prior online. They were very fast to confirm my appointment time, and were ready to take my car as soon as I arrived. Since it was estimated to take about 2-3 hours, they offered a shuttle to the mall. I didn't want to spend money I didn't have, so I opted to stay in the waiting area. With the free coffee, plenty of papers to read, a tv, and wireless internet, there is plenty to do when waiting. Carolyn was great with keeping you informed, and was overall a very pleasant woman to deal with. Only thing that would have been helpful is clearer signage on where to park your car. More

Warranty Work on 2008 CRV Came in for warranty work on 2008 CRV. Initially requested for interior cleaning as well but they were booking into Jun already. They offered to shampoo driver's side floor to remove salt stains from the winter. This was done for free. Nice!! They also washed exterior. Checked wheel alignment (for free) and it was off. Good to catch as I just bought new tires. Hate to see them wear off prematurely. Thanks for checking. A great perk was the use of their massage chair. Nice touch. Almost fell asleep. Shuttle service was great too. More

Very Professional Every interaction with the service department has been very professional and efficient and the complimentary car wash at the end is a very nice touch. We do not live in Cambridge and dealing with CCH and the trusted service they provide is well worth the drive. CCH is not the closest Honda dealer to us but the added time to get there is worth it for the professional service they provide. More
