They will spend time with you to explain what they repaired or what should be repaired. If something is going to go on sale soon, they will let you know. I have bought two vans there over the years. As long as they keep having reliable people taking care of me and my van - why would I go anywhere else!! More

We are senior citizens, and could not have been more satisfied with her. We made several calls to her prior to and after our purchase of our CRV and it was like we were her only customers, she never rushed us, and we are grateful for the time and help she gave us. We live in Waterloo and now bring our CRV for all it's maintenance to Cambridge Centre Honda that is managed by Scott McCracken who continues to go above and beyond for us with his patience, and great customer service. I visited originally to test drive a vehicle, and had a pleasant experience with one of the sales people - Mike. I setup an appotinment and was greeted at the door with some keys. Mike was very upfront about costs, knowledgeable regarding the model and its specific details (I was looking at a CRZ Hybrid at the time). My potential business was taken seriously, I wasn't pressured at any point - I'm a young looking fellow so I sometimes don't look like the most serious buyer on the showroom floor. I ended up purchasing my Honda privately - I decided to give the service department a shot. I've had varying degrees of success from local garages/shops in the area. Every time I've taken my vehicle into Honda they've got everything dialed in. Service is prompt/fast. Parts will help you identify parts for ordering. I've got 2 Honda's, One is close to 17 years old and sometimes a few parts need replacing - the folks at the service/parts department are extremely helpful, checking engine codes on the spot. Its a breath of fresh air to find a dealership that backs up the typical words you would read on the brochure. I would highly recommend this dealership, and have.. Honda's are tough to beat. More

Excellent Customer Service I have purchased three cars from Honda and I have not had any issues with any of them. One vehicle is 12 years old and its still drives fine. They gave me a great trade in value and Honda Canada also helped put me in a New 2015 Accord Touring Sedan. They really take care of the big things and the small things.
