Thiis what we really needed . John, the services advisor was amazing. He arranged the test immediately and wrote a work order. He told us in details what he had to do and how long it will take. He promised to contact us on Monday and he did that. We arrenged an appointment and came to have the part changed. It took much less than we expected.. We were absolutely satisfied with the work done. John confirmed that they tested our car before returning it to us. What a great service! Thank you John, and Honda for your great service. More

I found the service personnel who were prompt and courteous, took the time to answer my questions. It was a worthy drive to ‘Cambridge Honda’ as the oil change rate is reasonable, and also customer receives a complementary car wash on the way out! More

We test drove a couple of different models with honda sensing and without. She then forgave me for taking about two months to decide! Once I did make the decision they made the process as painless as possible by liaising with my insurance company, arranging the paperwork in an efficient manner with minimal involvement on my part. Lastly, on pickup day, Elisabeth took the time to setup the phone on my dashboard, show me how to make calls and also showed me how to use the remote starter (winter is cold here!) Cannot say enough great things. More
Typical con artist sales people The salesman, Rick Ayres, overvalued my trade-in just to sell me a new car. I have since had my car appraised and it is worth much less than he said The salesman, Rick Ayres, overvalued my trade-in just to sell me a new car. I have since had my car appraised and it is worth much less than he said they would give me. The impression he made was that it was a guaranteed amount even though the new car was not to be delivered for up to 90 days. It wasn't until I got home that I realized that they could change the trade-in amount at their own discretion. If I had known the true amount my trade-in was worth, especially in 3 months, I never would have agreed to place a deposit. When I tried to get my deposit back they just said too bad, even though they were out no money and would be able to sell the car with no problems. They were manipulative and deceitful just to sell a car. I will never purchase a car from them nor would I ever recommend them to any one I know. Everyone I dealt with once I realized what they did was rude and nasty. Tread lightly if you decide to visit this dealership. More

Flat Tire I replace the rear tire, due to a nail puncture, on Saturday night with the emergency spare and drove home to Cambridge. On Monday morning I had to be in Toronto by 10:00am for an important meeting. Knowing that I could only speed up to 80km with the emergency tire, I would be in trouble keeping up with traffic and be exposed to fellow travellers questioning my ancestry. I drove to the Cambridge Centre Honda at 7:15am hoping for assistance. Although the Centre officially opens at 7:30am Carolyn DuMoulin let me in, listened to my concerns and without any reservation immediately set in motion a repair plan. To my amazement the repair was done by 8 30am. and I was able to be at the meeting by 10:00am. For me this experience is at par with the Cambridge Centre Honda excellent customer focus from the staff that I receive at every service and occasion I visit . Thank you Carolyn...
