Our primary contacts were Mohammed (sales) and Scott (all the financials). Both were a pleasure to deal with - very friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. They followed up with us a reasonable amount of times to help us along with anything they could in terms of information, etc. and the fact that we didn't have to go to Service Canada and deal with all the admin stuff there was an added bonus for us! Great job guys! More

She took the time to answer all my questions about the two vehicles I was looking at but I wasn't sure which one I wanted or indeed if I wanted to buy either and I told her this. At no time did I feel pressured or that I was wasting her time. She talked with me as if I was the only person that mattered to her at that time. There was no hipe and no b.s. I had a similar experience with Scott. Michelle was extremely helpful when she was showing us all the options on the car. She was very patient and not condesending. My daughter said I would like dealing with the people at this dealer because she has been with them for 13years. We are very happy we went there. More

This includes Stan my sales rep. who laid out options and answered any questions fully. Colin reviewed the lease options and after some discussion we agreed on the term of the lease. Surprisingly condescending and poor. I am a long time Honda customer, and moved recently from Mississauga Honda to you. Thus far, I have been extremely impressed by your service levels in I am a long time Honda customer, and moved recently from Mississauga Honda to you. Thus far, I have been extremely impressed by your service levels in every way. But today (Saturday, Feb 10) was different. It has to do with the Service Advisor manning the desk at around 11am/Feb10. (Did not get his name, but he was wearing a red toque). Your other Service Advisor John Soares was within earshot. I came in for three things: 1. Servicing the battery terminal recall 2. Checking my windshield wiper system as they were malfunctioning. (I drive long distances everyday, so this is very important for me.) 3. Replace my wiper blades with genuine Honda parts On the first issue, even before he did anything, his first answer was, "We don't carry these parts, you will have to make an appointment" To which I responded, "I was called by your dealership to alert me that a new consignment of spares for this recall had arrived and would I please come to the dealership to get this fixed?" At that point he goes inside, and on returning after a few minutes proceeds to tell me, "We have one last spare available, so I guess we can get this done for you" YAY!! On the second issue, after the workshop had looked at the wiper blade malfunction, he tells me "there is something wrong with the motor, but I can't explain it fully to you. You are covered under Comprehensive Warranty, but we have to check with Honda Canada to see if this is covered -and today being Saturday, they are closed, so we have wait till Monday" Now here is my question. Honda (through its dealership network) sold me Comprehensive Warranty. However, when there is a need for coverage, you have to check with Honda to see if it is covered? When I tried to understand that fine point better, he responded "Well, we can't remember the thousands of parts that are or are not covered, so Honda will have to confirm coverage" Really?? When I inquired about the wiper blade replacement - he looks again at the work order and proclaims, "Oh, although I told them to do it, I see that it has not been done. I will ask them to do it." Overall, not a great experience today. Oh well, there are other dealerships in the area. Gopal Pulapaka More

Extreme disappointment Cambridge Center Honda has zero ability to fulfill their promises with very xxxxty customer service. I ordered a very basic Honda Odyssey LX 2018 on O Cambridge Center Honda has zero ability to fulfill their promises with very xxxxty customer service. I ordered a very basic Honda Odyssey LX 2018 on Oct 14th, 2017. Agreed to pay full price. Promises from Stan Sanchez, the sales person, sounded like delivery is the next week. Actual result – as of now “expected” delivery date is Jan 10th, 2018! For an absolutely basic model! And this date moved already few times. And when you are calling to check your status “nobody is available” to provide details. Your voice messages will not be returned because of family emergencies, vacations, busy with other clients, etc. So, my piece of experience, when after switch discussion with a sales person you will get to Tony Recine (another person with lot of promises with very questionable fulfillment), and he will print you the Bill of Sale. Get to the attached Terms and Conditions and start to cross and initial anything not in synch with promises. Their Terms has only one beneficiary - the dealership. See what they start to say for these promises. More
