I have been service in this dealer since 13' and never switch because they have offered a life time tire replacement insurance program but the program will end soon by new owner Cam Clark to stop loyal their customers and not continue, therefore my react to visit this dealer for service will end too. Every time I came to this dealer for service I need to take a day off from my work, because they are not opened on Saturday, I believe most dealers that open on Saturday can meet Ford service standard, I can just continue at other dealer without taking a day off. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM ROB TERRIBLE experience. If I could give zero stars I would. Dealt with a salesman named ROBERT (older white guy) who was the RUDEST, most CONDESCENDING TERRIBLE experience. If I could give zero stars I would. Dealt with a salesman named ROBERT (older white guy) who was the RUDEST, most CONDESCENDING, IGNORANT sales person I have ever met. I was in the market for a new German car, when I stumbled across a 2007 BMW they had on their lot. After just coming from both the Audi and Mercedes dealership I thought it would be a good idea to compare this since it was more than $10,000 cheaper than the other 2 cars I was seriously considering. From the very beginning his attitude towards me was disrespectful and rude as I assume he didn't think I was a serious buyer (perhaps by my age or the way I dressed). After looking at the car for a few minutes and asking to test drive it, he laughed and said "No". He said only serious customers can test drive this car, I explained to him I was serious otherwise I would not have been there wasting my time. I then had to ask a second time if it was possible where he laughed again and shrugged it off. I then asked for another salesman and told ROBERT I did not want to deal with him anymore. He then told me no other sales people were available (I saw 2 others on their phones in the lot not busy). I then went to speak to the manager to let him know of the terrible service I was receiving, where he seemed to give me a similar speech saying how only serious customers were allowed to test drive a car like that. I was speechless, it was a $28,000 ten year old BMW. I could understand if it was a brand new $100,000+ car to have this concern, but this was ridiculous. Both my experiences at Audi and Mercedes were far superior to the experience I had at Ford with ROBERT and his MANAGER. I will NEVER be going back to this dealership again, and will be recommending all my friends and family to AVOID them as well. Thanks for the terrible service ROBERT, because of you I decided on my 2016 Audi which was almost $15,000 more than the BMW I wanted to test drive with your Ford dealership. I guess if you are reasonably young, you have to come dressed up in a suit to get some decent service at this dealership. What a shame. More

Was nice to not feel taken advantage of I was having trouble with hesitation and was worried as a woman coming in with questions they would take advantage of me, they were very helpful offer I was having trouble with hesitation and was worried as a woman coming in with questions they would take advantage of me, they were very helpful offered the best solution was not a money grab but offered a drive along with a tech to try to replicate and explain the problem before paying for any testing. He was also very helpful and seemed exceptionally honest and told me it was driving well and to wait until the problem was happening on a more regular basis, when I asked what part of maintenance (regular servicing that I had skipped) they were both very honest and told me the most important things to do right away. I loved that they didn't pressure me or make me feel bad that I couldn't afford to do it all at once. The follow up after was also very nice and showed great customer service! More
