Edge 2016 airbag recall & 1st service I booked the car in about 2 weeks in advance to get the airbag recall rectified and a rubbing noise coming from the rear of the car periodically which I booked the car in about 2 weeks in advance to get the airbag recall rectified and a rubbing noise coming from the rear of the car periodically which I explained to the service center. The rectification & repair took 3 days as a new part had to be ordered in. The rubbing noise was a rear axle rubber seal / boot which was fixed under warranty as the vehicle has only done 10,000 km's . I had to ask allot of questions with regards to the repairs as no info was forth coming !! Also a dealership should be able to supply a courtesy vehicle while your car is being repaired instead of being sent next door to Enterprise to hire a vehicle at a discounted rate. If so Ford should pickup the cost on the hire car. More

Superior Service Employee, and an asset to Cam Clark I was recently went in to Cam Clark with a Door Ajar switch issue that almost ended my vacation last minute. It happened just prior to my booked vacat I was recently went in to Cam Clark with a Door Ajar switch issue that almost ended my vacation last minute. It happened just prior to my booked vacation, and I was in a bind since I needed a vehicle for the trip. Akesh Maken took care of my needs, supported me with a replacement vehicle in order to meet my scheduled vacation time, and me and the Family could not have been happier. Akesh saved our vacation time, and we are greatly appreciative of his high level of service & professionalism on how he conducted business. This is why I remain a Ford Customer, because they have employees who care about the Customer.
