Service at its best I brought my 2013 Ford Explorer for maintenance service and season tire-change. I explained an additional issue with the brakes with Kelvin Choi. I left for work and got a call a little after noon and was told that the car was ready and the issue with the brakes was done. I told Kelvin that I would not make the last shuttle to the shop and he said that he would arrange a taxi voucher for me. Was at the shop by 6:15 or so via Richmond taxi and picked-up the vehicle clean and the issue with the brakes dealt with. Good job! More

Expensive but fair repair. Took my F150 into Cam Clark Richmond. Check engine light was on. I hoped it would be quick and cheap. Wrong on both accounts. 13 days and $2300 later, Took my F150 into Cam Clark Richmond. Check engine light was on. I hoped it would be quick and cheap. Wrong on both accounts. 13 days and $2300 later, the job was done. Could they have done the job cheaper and faster? In my opinion, the answer is no. I had no idea how much investigation went into this repair. Kelvin C. went to great lengths to help me out and reduced the labor charges. I was loaned a new Mustang, no charge during the repair. Part had to ordered from Detroit, 5 business days delivery. When the job was done, Kelvin and the mechanic in charge showed me the damage to the intake manifold and explained how hard it was to diagnose problems hidden at the back of the engine. Although I hated to spend the money, I really appreciated the time and effort that was taken to explain and show the damage that had to be repaired. I would take my truck back to this service Center if I ever had another problem. It's all about trust. More
