On a previous visit with another vehicle, he made sure I understood what the repair issue was by taking me into the shop for a direct inspection. I could see the damage was my fault; hence, no warranty coverage. As a retired teacher, I read people very well. He was sympathetic, but, more importantly, honest and sincere. What more could a longtime customer ask for? More
