He didn't have what I was looking for on their lot, so they checked around and gave me 3 options to choose from of vehicles that would best fit my needs. Once it was found, Joe in Finance helped make sure that the payments were under the monthly amount that I was wanting to pay. Had me in and out in about 2 hours. Rough start but good finish We had some shipment issues and a lack of communication in regards to the problems. After I complained, staff went above and beyond to make it right. Not only did we get daily reports, but the manager compensated us for our inconvenience. In the end, we have a wonderful new Escape (which is so fun to drive) and we are very satisfied. More

Some concerns with service I had my car in for service at 11:30 on Feb. 1/18. This is my third Ford vehicle that I've purchased and had serviced from the previous dealership, R I had my car in for service at 11:30 on Feb. 1/18. This is my third Ford vehicle that I've purchased and had serviced from the previous dealership, Richport Ford. I've always been satisfied with the efficient, friendly and detailed service that I have had from them. This time when I took my car in for service, my name was not on the service roster and when the car was returned it was neither washed nor were the floor mats cleaned. I had always had this done with Richport Ford and was surprised and disappointed to find that Cam Clark is not keeping to the same customer service standards. The people at the service desk were courteous and efficient and as always, friendly. My warranty will be up in September and I'll be taking my car in to Cam Clark for servicing prior to that. If the customer service continues to lack the inclusion of a wash and clean of my car, I will likely use another Ford dealership for future service of this car and for purchasing my next one. More
