Some concerns with service I had my car in for service at 11:30 on Feb. 1/18. This is my third Ford vehicle that I've purchased and had serviced from the previous dealership, R I had my car in for service at 11:30 on Feb. 1/18. This is my third Ford vehicle that I've purchased and had serviced from the previous dealership, Richport Ford. I've always been satisfied with the efficient, friendly and detailed service that I have had from them. This time when I took my car in for service, my name was not on the service roster and when the car was returned it was neither washed nor were the floor mats cleaned. I had always had this done with Richport Ford and was surprised and disappointed to find that Cam Clark is not keeping to the same customer service standards. The people at the service desk were courteous and efficient and as always, friendly. My warranty will be up in September and I'll be taking my car in to Cam Clark for servicing prior to that. If the customer service continues to lack the inclusion of a wash and clean of my car, I will likely use another Ford dealership for future service of this car and for purchasing my next one. More

The seamless experience with finance and insurance is also great; very professional. And the service department is really wonderful as well; it is the cleanest service bay I have ever seen! More

Went to Cam Clark Ford and saw a Ford Explorer just sitting in front of the dealership, and we immediately asked for Bob because he's our guy. Bob gave us another great deal and in about an hour we were already signing some of the initial paperwork. Picked up the car the next day and finished the remaining paperwork with Zoey who gave us some options for additional protection plans for the vehicle but we weren't pressured to take any of them.
