Regular Service and Transmission Issue My 2011 Ford Fiesta was in for its regular service on September 16, 2019. Akesh Makan was the Service Rep that I dealt with. I also reported that I ha My 2011 Ford Fiesta was in for its regular service on September 16, 2019. Akesh Makan was the Service Rep that I dealt with. I also reported that I had some concerns with how the transmission was behaving. Akesh was very patient as I tried to explain the problem. We agreed that a road test would identify if there was a problem. He expected that the service would be completed by mid-afternoon unless there was extra work needed on the transmission. He called me mid-afternoon to let me know that they would need to replace the clutch in the transmission and that it could not be completed that day. Mid-morning Tuesday, he called to let me know that the work was completed and Ford had approved it as warranty. He arranged for the Shuttle driver to pick me up and I picked up the vehicle. More
