I brought my car in for service ( on an apparently very busy day) and was very descriptive of the issue. The car had a tie rod issue which was fine and the service department let me know and I picked up th busy day) and was very descriptive of the issue. The car had a tie rod issue which was fine and the service department let me know and I picked up the car the following day. Within a day, the same problem I had before was occuring again. I am very disappointed with the service because I don't believe that the issue was corrected (obviously not) and the fact that I have to go in again. The service techs are not taking the appropriate amount of time to look over the car and like so many other places these days, just want the $$ and don't care about the customer. For my car, this could be a huge safety issue and after this experience, I highly doubt I will go back to Ford for any type of service. I don't trust their workmanship. More

This service was to fix all the nagging issues that happen when a vehicle is 12 years old and approaching 300,000 km. Kevin was thorough in going over all the items I wanted addressed and before undert happen when a vehicle is 12 years old and approaching 300,000 km. Kevin was thorough in going over all the items I wanted addressed and before undertaking any of it contacted me what were the results of the technical inspection, timing to get parts and what the cost would be. Once the parts arrived he called again to provide a timeline to finish the work. Once the work began he followed up with a progress call and when it would be completed. While shop rates are higher than independent mechanics the experience of the service technicians and access to OEM parts gives me confidence if anything goes wrong they will address it and I will have a vehicle that will be good for another 200K km more. I have been a Lincoln customer for over 10 years now and I always been told that I would be contacted ahead of time when my service time is up. It has been OK until the last 3 services where I had to contac I always been told that I would be contacted ahead of time when my service time is up. It has been OK until the last 3 services where I had to contact them to make an appointment as they had forgotten about me. This last service was my last one under the 4 years warranty which was a surprise to me but I think that I should have been advised of it at the time I booked my appointment.
