I have been a Lincoln customer for over 10 years now and I always been told that I would be contacted ahead of time when my service time is up. It has been OK until the last 3 services where I had to contac I always been told that I would be contacted ahead of time when my service time is up. This last service was my last one under the 4 years warranty which was a surprise to me but I think that I should have been advised of it at the time I booked my appointment.
