Once again, Cam Clark service and employees did not disappoint. Full Covid measures were observed, making me feel safe and that was much appreciated. Stacy King, who is always like a ray of sunshine happily picked up my car and returned it. Sasha kept me informed of the times of pick up and return so I was kept 'in the loop'. The car shone even though I knew there have been some changes in return condition with the Covid 19 around. All in all, my review would be above 5 stars if I could. I brought my car in for service ( on an apparently very busy day) and was very descriptive of the issue. The car had a tie rod issue which was fine and the service department let me know and I picked up th busy day) and was very descriptive of the issue. The car had a tie rod issue which was fine and the service department let me know and I picked up the car the following day. Within a day, the same problem I had before was occuring again. I am very disappointed with the service because I don't believe that the issue was corrected (obviously not) and the fact that I have to go in again. The service techs are not taking the appropriate amount of time to look over the car and like so many other places these days, just want the $$ and don't care about the customer. For my car, this could be a huge safety issue and after this experience, I highly doubt I will go back to Ford for any type of service. I don't trust their workmanship. More
This service was to fix all the nagging issues that happen when a vehicle is 12 years old and approaching 300,000 km. Kevin was thorough in going over all the items I wanted addressed and before undert happen when a vehicle is 12 years old and approaching 300,000 km. Kevin was thorough in going over all the items I wanted addressed and before undertaking any of it contacted me what were the results of the technical inspection, timing to get parts and what the cost would be. Once the parts arrived he called again to provide a timeline to finish the work. Once the work began he followed up with a progress call and when it would be completed. While shop rates are higher than independent mechanics the experience of the service technicians and access to OEM parts gives me confidence if anything goes wrong they will address it and I will have a vehicle that will be good for another 200K km more. More

Really good communication and personal attention. I had bought a service package with the truck and this was the last service in that pack, they made sure I received the full value from every visit. For this visit, I didn't have transportation so had to stay at the dealer while the vehicle was serviced, they provided me with some office space, WiFi and Coffee so that I could continue to work while at the dealer. Really can't get better service than that. I haven't had any major issues with the Truck in the 3 years I've owned it, so I can't talk to their service should anything major go wrong, but for regular service they're hard to beat. More
