My family and I have been long-time customers of Cam Clark Ford Lincoln and have been satisfied with the service I have received until recently. I brought my Ford Explorer in for a regular service on Clark Ford Lincoln and have been satisfied with the service I have received until recently. I brought my Ford Explorer in for a regular service on Tuesday, September 1st and while my vehicle was in the possession of your organization, my passenger side front fog light and bulb were broken. I called and was advised by the Service Department that I needed to bring it back and meet with the Service Manager to discuss what happened and when I arrived for the scheduled meeting (Friday, September 4th), I was advised that he was not in and I needed to speak with the Assistant Service Manager. The Assistant Service Manager advised me that he would meet with the Service Manager and Senior Advisor on Wednesday, September 9th and would contact me on that day to discuss what would happen next. I did not hear back from anyone at Cam Clark until I called the Assistant Service Manager on Thursday, September 17th and was advised that he thought the Service Advisor had called me (which he did not) so the Assistant Service Manager told me he would look into it and have Service Advisor call me right away. I did not hear from the Service Advisor so I called on Monday, September 21st and left a message and the Service Advisor never called back. Finally on Friday, September 25th I called again for the Service Advisor but was told twice that he was away from his desk so on the third call, I asked to hold for him (was on hold for over 10 minutes) when I finally got to speak with the Service Advisor who advised that Cam Clark has not been able to find a replacement fog light from a wrecker. The Acting Manager had advised me that Cam Clark would have to potentially get a replacement fog light from a wrecker because that part may no longer be available from Ford. However, out of curiosity, I called Lordco North Vancouver on Friday, September 25th and asked if it was possible to get a fog light for my make and model of vehicle and I was advised yes and if the part was ordered on Friday, they would have it in on Monday. My question is, why has Cam Clark not done this so that I could have my vehicle repaired to the way it was when I brought it in for service? I do not believe that it is right that Cam Clark is trying to get a fog light from a wrecker and not own up to the error that occurred while my vehicle was in your possession. I received a call on Monday, September 28th to advise that they have ordered the part and it is supposed to be in on Tuesday, September 29th and I will get a call when it is in. I finally got a call on Thursday, October 1st to say they received the part but it could not be put in until the following week. The part was finally put in on Monday, October 5th (so it took over 1 month for this issue to be resolved) and I was told that it MAY have fallen out after they washed my vehicle but that does not explain why the light bulb inside was broken off. I don't believe just because I am a women that they think they can get one over on me when I know that the fog light was not broken when I took my vehicle in for service. More
I work in an area where there is no bus route. I was able to take my car in for Service and they gave me a loaner car to be able to still get to work. The people behind the counter in the service depar able to take my car in for Service and they gave me a loaner car to be able to still get to work. The people behind the counter in the service department were very professional, friendly, helpful and kind. It made my service call extremely easy, stress free and enjoyable. No waiting, no extra hidden fees, everything explained to me up front. Car was ready when I came to pick it up. More

I have 3 Ford vehicles and over the last month took them in separately. The first went very well. The 2nd, a 63 1/2 Galaxy, not so well as I was told it was leaking oil (no fresh oil on cement at home). To in separately. The first went very well. The 2nd, a 63 1/2 Galaxy, not so well as I was told it was leaking oil (no fresh oil on cement at home). Took it back, they had it for over a week and after at home, overnight, oil on the floor. Another trip back costing $2,950. Next was this one which cost net $50.00 because I used my credit. This one is a '94 Explorer and as it is older with grease fittings, I took a look under the front end and they had not been greased. So, back we go again to get that fixed. Although there was a lot of run around, the service people were nice. More
