Alan Way was the Sales Consultant and answered all my questions - clarified for me the eco-boost concept - and certainly went out of his way to ensure I was fully familiar with all of the wonderful features of this vehicle. I have bought several new and used cars from this dealership (formerly Bow Valley Ford and Heinz Ford). I have leased this one - taking advantage of Ford's 0% financing promotion. Stephanie handled all the leasing and financial matters very competently. Taking delivery of the Escape this morning - Joe Hawkeye led me through the paperwork (which Stephanie had so well organized) - and Alan and I had a good 30 minutes just going over all the features of the Escape I purchased. I have purchased several new and used vehicles since 1999 from this dealership (formerly Heinz Ford and Bow Valley Ford) - and have found the sales and service teams are well informed, efficient and therefore provide an first rate customer experience. Judy on the service desk is very competent - following up with me on the recent repair of my 2003 Jaguar coolant issue, providing an estimate of costs for repair and timeline for completion - all of which occurred as she indicated and in a very timely fashion. David was the technician working on the car and - as usual - did a professional job of tracing the issue and recommending the servicing necessary - replacement of the thermostat housing assembly. This Jaguar was manufactured while Ford owned Jaguar - so I am able to have full confidence in the dealership's capacity to do it right the first time. I own three vehicles at present - all of which are regularly serviced and, as necessary repaired at this dealership. Judy Hoar is the first point of contact anyone with a service or repair issue meets. Judy certainly takes her role in this very seriously - I feel confident in working with Judy and the rest of the service department - always a very pleasant experience. The service department staff are extremely approachable, friendly and have done nothing more than exceed my expectations every time I have had my vehicle serviced there. Judy and Kevin have always managed to fit me in around my schedule without any fuss whatsoever. They are extremely polite, courteous and efficient and to date I could not fault their professionalism. I have put a lot of Kilometers on my vehicle in the last 3 years nearly 200,000 and not had a problem apart from a blown headlamp bulb and this was taken care off without any issues, so this shows the excellent service they provide to their customers as I have had no other issues with my vehicle. I would highly recommend this service team and have never given them anything less than 100% when I have received the survey emails. More

The car would rumble while idling, and rev high at inappropriate times. I took it to the dealership and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. After going back several times (the engine light kept coming back on as soon as I drove away), and the service department basically treating me like xxxx of the earth, I finally got my car back "fixed". They said there were little shards of metal in several parts of the engine, but they had no idea why. They cleaned it out of the parts they looked at. Now I have this very expensive car with very little information about what happened or why. I asked the dealership what I should do, and they said just got home and drive your car. I've been to this dealership many times over the years, and I dread going in. Unfortunately the only alternative is to drive an hour to Calgary, which is what I will be doing from now on. Good luck. No service - at least for 10 days I was on vacation and experienced serious engine noise. When they finally did check the engine they said it would take a week to get the parts and do the repair. I was stuck in Canmore for a week. No, even though they had the parts within 5 work days it took the 10 days to repair my vehicle! Their "customer" service approach was too bad for you but we will get to your vehicle when we have time. That I was a tourist in a tourist town was not important. Their service support is terrible. Worse, when I started my vehicle after they repaired it, I heard the same terrible engine noise! They said, "the noise will go away"! Do you want to do business with a dealership like this, I don't. More
