My 2008 F150 failed on the road. It turned out that the engine was destroyed, so then I started looking for a used truck, then Cam Clarck advertised a 15k reduction on 2024 F150, Sh It turned out that the engine was destroyed, so then I started looking for a used truck, then Cam Clarck advertised a 15k reduction on 2024 F150, Shane helped me find a suitable truck at a reasonable price and suggested the Kidney foundation to get rid of my old truck. It's rare I feel compelled to leave a negative review. We did not buy our vehicle here, but given that we pass through town frequently, getting service in Canmore seemed to be a good idea. In January o We did not buy our vehicle here, but given that we pass through town frequently, getting service in Canmore seemed to be a good idea. In January of 2023, well within the warranty period, I reported a problem with the passenger door power locks freezing in cold weather. I even included a video of the lock not functioning. The truck was brought into the shop, allowed to warm up, and then scanned for codes with the now un-thawed lock functioning. A few months later the truck was taken back a second time, the latches were greased and passed a rudimentary mechanical test. All the service department had to do was reference TSB 21-2207 from July 6th, 2021: "Some 2019-2020 F-150 vehicles may exhibit one or more power door locks inoperative." "1. Is the affected power door lock intermittently inoperative only during freezing weather? (1) Yes - proceed to Step 3 3. Replace the affected power door lock actuator." Of course now the actuator has failed outside the warranty period. Cost to me? About $700. I only wish at the time I had done the work of the service department to see if there was a known problem. Reluctantly I scheduled the work to be completed today. I made it very clear that I was coming from 100 kms away and was promised the work would start at 8:30 AM. When I checked at 11:20 AM no work had yet started on the vehicle. That was it for me - I picked it up and will get the work done somewhere else. I am now working with Ford Customer Relationship hoping to get some sort of financial assistance with an expensive repair that clearly should have been a warranty claim. The fault lies directly with this dealership. I don't directly blame the service advisors I worked with but clearly something important is lacking. More

Brendan was very helpful and patient with all my questions and pictures I asked for. Since I was quite a distance away from them, I had to trust Brendan for honest answers on the whole deal. When I came to get the truck, it was just what I had expected. I was very happy with it! Cheryl was also good at helping me over the phone on the money end of it, since this was an out of country sale. I would recommend this dealership because of their easy going style and honesty in their dealings. More
