I needed to get a wiper motor replaced and there were none in stock at the Canmore dealership. The service staff located one at a sister store in Red Deer and arranged for it to be picked up in Airdrie none in stock at the Canmore dealership. The service staff located one at a sister store in Red Deer and arranged for it to be picked up in Airdrie by staff coming from Canmore. The replacement motor eventually got picked up after a several day delay due to lack of coordination with tracking the part and getting it picked up. It is not clear who dropped the ball on ensuring the part got to Canmore but the communication between the three Cam Clark Ford dealerships was obviously poor. I have since had more extensive work completed on my F-150 truck in Canmore and it was done in a timely and professional manner. The service team were great and kept me apprised of the work required. The service is constantly poor. Parts not ready when needed. Even basic tire change seems to be hard for them and still have problems with my vehicle.
