MY WIFE AND I WERE ON A CAMPING HOLIDAY BOW VALLEY CAMPGROUND WE BEGAN HAVING TRUCK PROBLEMS THE DAY BEFORE HEADING HOME TO B C WE CALLED AT LEAST 6 AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR PLACES INCLUDING THE CHEV /GM CAMPGROUND WE BEGAN HAVING TRUCK PROBLEMS THE DAY BEFORE HEADING HOME TO B C WE CALLED AT LEAST 6 AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR PLACES INCLUDING THE CHEV /GM DEALER THEY ALL TOLD US THEY WERE BUSY AND COULDN T HELP US . WE CALLED THE FORD DEALER THEY KATE SAID THEY WERE BUSY BUT IF WE GOT THE TRUCK TO THEM BY 8:00 AM THEY WOULD ANALYZE THE TRUCK TO SEE IF WE COULD STILL GET HOME . THEY DID AND FIRST FIGURED IT MIGHT BE A TUNE UP ISSUE AND SAID THEY WERE BUSY THAT THURSDAY BUT COULD WORK ON IT FRIDAY MORNING , THAT WAS AWESOME ON THEIR PART. BUT FURTHER ANALYZING THEY FOUND A CALAPSTED CYLINDER .UNFORTUNATELY MY WARRANTEE PROGRAM WOULDN T ALOOW THEM TO REPAIR IT . WHICH I WOULDHAVE GOT THEM TO REAPIR IT NO QUESTION. Look no further if you enjoy abysmal customer service, having to hunt for answers, enjoy being lied to and having incomplete repairs performed on your vehicle! Words can only begin to describe the level o having to hunt for answers, enjoy being lied to and having incomplete repairs performed on your vehicle! Words can only begin to describe the level of distrust and horrendous customer service we received from the service manager Nicole, and the service advisor Kate. We had a major failure while one on our first day of vacation 500kms away from home, kids, MIL and wife and I all broken down. I will say starting off the service was great from Cam Clark, however as the days went on it only begun to become the worst I've received. Being lied to about our vehicle being driven by the shop foreman (FordPass app showed us it never moved, no extra kms and tire pressures never moved for 1.5 weeks), to telling us there's no fault found and no leaks yet we have pictures of the under carriage drenched in transmission fluid and a video of the shifting issue (10th gear to 4th while on major highway and service light on) The next week after finally speaking with the shop foreman, he wasn't even aware of the concerns we had, despite us sending photos, videos a full page write ups of the concern to Kate, she somehow managed to fumble giving any of our information to the tech or shop foreman. He finally drives it and sure enough, it has a catastrophic failure of the transmission and Ford will replace it, it's like we almost knew what it needed, weird.. We get an email Friday the 23rd (dropped the vehicle off on the 1st) that its all done, great! So i send an email back to Kate asking if they're flatbed towing the vehicle back to us being 500km away and as they told us upon dropping off they would do everything they could to get it back to use, she didn't reply until the following Monday saying no we would normally have to pick it up despite what they told us. I follow up with the rental company where we live and they inform us Cam Clark cut our rental off on the 23rd... So you folks decided to cut the rental off even though you sent an email at 2pm on a Friday when we live 4+ hrs away and expected to come pick the vehicle up that day before 5pm? Absolute snake in the grass move by Kate and Nicole. Left a voicemail and emails several days ago for the Nicole the service manager to get back to us and yet to hear from her. I could go on for days, but at the end of the day, I would STRONGLY suggest staying very far away from this place, especially for larger repairs. I will give kudos to the shop foreman and the driver who took us to get the rental, absolute class acts whom are very good at their jobs, despite other employees such as Kate and Nicole throwing them under the bus. And yet even after all the repairs, it still failed on the highway, had to have Sherwood Ford look at it after the extensive work Cam Clark performed, they had overfilled the brand new transmission, so great work there!
