Service guywas great. Pressure sale of insurance wasn't Bought a used truck from this dealer. Sales was disappointing. I clearly wasn't buying a high end vehicle, but the salesperson didn't know much about Bought a used truck from this dealer. Sales was disappointing. I clearly wasn't buying a high end vehicle, but the salesperson didn't know much about the vehicle and told me it had a remote starter (it doesn't). Only when it became obvious on the first week that there was a parasitic electrical trickle did it become clear that there was a faulty alarm system (not a remote starter I had been trying to figure out). The service people were great - got it fixed and didn't charge. My big issue is with the sales manager pressure tactic on the aftermarket insurance. I should have done my homework and said no - bad on me. But he clearly said that this was a much better plan than other companies (it isn't - it's just the same). Now that I know he pocketed hundreds of dollars, I understand why he was so pushy. But that means I'll never buy another car that dealership and will probably get service elsewhere too - including the $600 repair that is NOT covered by that magnificent (I refer to the cost, not the coverage) warranty. More
