Stay away After buying one Truck from this dealership, I went back to purchase one for my wife a year later. Let me tell you about the experience, frist off After buying one Truck from this dealership, I went back to purchase one for my wife a year later. Let me tell you about the experience, frist off the FCA website clearly shows a 15% rebate on the SUV we were looking at. The dealer ship would only offer 10%, second the sales manager said our trade would be worth about $8,000. After the long wainting game this dealer ship know plays, they came back with a trade offer of $3400.00 for a 2013 Honda Civic coupe with 82,000 km on it. What an insult. They are selling for just over $10,000.00. So to rap it up they would not give the full FCA rebate, would not discount their margin and wanted to screw me on the trade aswell. I walked out and would advise everyone not to waste there time in this place. The general manager sits at the reception desk and need to control everything. As a result of this bad experience, not only would I not buy from the dealership, when FCA is forced to settle there deisel problems I will also get rid of my RAM. For the SUV we have ordered a Mercedes GLA 250 for the same money, and my truck is up in the air Ford or GM but never again a FCA product More

Poor business practices..not happy They had the car I wanted. I drove from Lindsay to Bolton. Drove the car and was prepared to purchase. I advised I'd make an offer. Advertised price is what you pay. Don't even try to make an offer lower. I agreed because I wanted the car (although it had been on the lot for some 75 days), but they wouldn't accept a lower offer? I was signing papers and asked for the additional key fob. They didn't have one. I asked "who buys a car with one key fob?" They advised they only received one key fob. I asked them to phone Ford and get a price for a key fob....$400.00. So now add that onto the price. Dealership would offer nothing for a new fob.Said they would fill the half empty tank and would include the floor mats (they were in the trunk). Asked for keyless entry code on door frame? They said take ownership to Ford and they would supply code. No..Ford will plug it in and scan the computer to get the code. FUrther expense. Add $500 onto the non-negotiable price! Poor goodwill and customer satisfaction. Hopefully, will not have to deal with them again. More
