Let me tell you about the experience, frist off the FCA website clearly shows a 15% rebate on the SUV we were looking at. The dealer ship would only offer 10%, second the sales manager said our trade would be worth about $8,000. After the long wainting game this dealer ship know plays, they came back with a trade offer of $3400.00 for a 2013 Honda Civic coupe with 82,000 km on it. What an insult. They are selling for just over $10,000.00. So to rap it up they would not give the full FCA rebate, would not discount their margin and wanted to screw me on the trade aswell. I walked out and would advise everyone not to waste there time in this place. The general manager sits at the reception desk and need to control everything. As a result of this bad experience, not only would I not buy from the dealership, when FCA is forced to settle there deisel problems I will also get rid of my RAM. For the SUV we have ordered a Mercedes GLA 250 for the same money, and my truck is up in the air Ford or GM but never again a FCA product More

Advertised price is what you pay. Don't even try to make an offer lower. I agreed because I wanted the car (although it had been on the lot for some 75 days), but they wouldn't accept a lower offer? I was signing papers and asked for the additional key fob. They didn't have one. I asked "who buys a car with one key fob?" They advised they only received one key fob. I asked them to phone Ford and get a price for a key fob....$400.00. So now add that onto the price. Dealership would offer nothing for a new fob.Said they would fill the half empty tank and would include the floor mats (they were in the trunk). Asked for keyless entry code on door frame? They said take ownership to Ford and they would supply code. No..Ford will plug it in and scan the computer to get the code. FUrther expense. Add $500 onto the non-negotiable price! Poor goodwill and customer satisfaction. Hopefully, will not have to deal with them again. More

Service guywas great. Pressure sale of insurance wasn't Bought a used truck from this dealer. Sales was disappointing. I clearly wasn't buying a high end vehicle, but the salesperson didn't know much about Bought a used truck from this dealer. Sales was disappointing. I clearly wasn't buying a high end vehicle, but the salesperson didn't know much about the vehicle and told me it had a remote starter (it doesn't). Only when it became obvious on the first week that there was a parasitic electrical trickle did it become clear that there was a faulty alarm system (not a remote starter I had been trying to figure out). The service people were great - got it fixed and didn't charge. My big issue is with the sales manager pressure tactic on the aftermarket insurance. I should have done my homework and said no - bad on me. But he clearly said that this was a much better plan than other companies (it isn't - it's just the same). Now that I know he pocketed hundreds of dollars, I understand why he was so pushy. But that means I'll never buy another car that dealership and will probably get service elsewhere too - including the $600 repair that is NOT covered by that magnificent (I refer to the cost, not the coverage) warranty. Sabrina from sales was awesome and a pleasure to deal with, Tj, was very helpful and knowledgeable with clearing up a lot of question I had with registering and insuring my vehicle in my home province afterward. The general manager was quick with dealing with a couple of problems I had, he showed that he genuinely cared and he took care of matters ASAP.would definitely buy a vehicle from here again in the future.
