Liars and scammers! Went in to purchase a vehicle with one sales person and ended up buying from another sales person. The sales person that I bought my vehicle with had Went in to purchase a vehicle with one sales person and ended up buying from another sales person. The sales person that I bought my vehicle with had no problem taking the sale from his coworker. I guess this was the first sign of how he would treat me as a customer. I told the sales person that I was in a lease until April on my existing car and I wanted to take advantage of the 90 days no payment on the new Jeep. When I went to sign the paperwork with the finance manager, he never asked me when I would like my payments to be processed so I didn’t realize that the sales person didn’t tell him. Not to mention that the finance manager is extremely rude and he was not happy that I didn’t proceed with any of his up selling. When I went back the next day to pick up my new vehicle, the finance manager wasn’t there. I reviewed the agreement with my sales manager and I told him that the date of my payment needed to be changed to reflect the 15th and that I had 90 days no payment. At the same time, there was a rebate of 1000.00 that I was waiting on approval from Jeep. The sales manager told me not to worry and sign the paperwork as is since I would need to get the paperwork redone for the rebate. Also, he told me that I wasn’t able to mark up the contract. To make a long story short, the rebate was never approved and I didn’t say anything. When I asked the finance manager regarding the 90 day no payment, he began to talk over me. He said that the 90 day wasn’t promised to me. I told him that that they were liars and scammers! The sales men did whatever they had to do to make a sale and screw the customer! Not to mention that they didn’t even clean my car when I went to pick up. This is the worst dealership ever! Buyers beware!! More

Scam alert Unbelievable,,was just lied to right to my face by Nicole in service about a recall that was supposed to be done on my truck and wasn’t. I booked this appointment almost 40 days ago and have two recalls to be done on my truck so I dropped it off last week for the entire day at the end of day was called and told only one recall was done and the other wasn’t because they didn’t have parts to do it, well the following day when I looked underneath to see if the part had indeed been replaced I found out that it wasn’t and then when I called Nicole and asked her about the part not being replaced after I was told it was, only then did she informed that neither of the parts where in stock to do either recall. I’m not so much upset because I took the day off work and left my truck there the whole day and nothing was done I’m more upset that I was lied too right to my face about it being done and in fact it wasn’t. I wonder how many other recalls have not been fixed because clearly there is a serious integrity issue going on over there at this company, I will be reaching out to the people today that deal with the recalls and be letting them know about my little experience at Bolton Chrysler because clearly you guys are telling people recalls are being done and they are not being done this is a serious issue and needs to be looked into. So if you are bringing your car or truck into Bolton Chrysler for recalls take pictures of your parts to be replaced so you can ensure that indeed they are being replaced because clearly in many other cases I’m sure they have not been. You people are grown adults over there lying to other grown adults about work being done and in many cases compromising their safety and well-being this is not acceptable and Someone needs to call you out on this... More

Nicole booked our Dodge Jeep first, and we were extremely happy with everything. Nicole did exactly what she promised she would do to ensure that we would be not only happy with our first visit back for service, but because of the rapport we now have with her, we will not only be back with our other two vehicles, but we will be trading in and purchasing a new vehicle in the near future. Nicole took the time to go get a gentleman named Chris from the Sales side of your dealership so that when we were ready, he would take good care of us. I was confused and apparently they sold the car during my test drive. Nowhere was I told there was another coming to see it, also no heads up given during my hour and a half drive instead my time was wasted just for the car to be sold while I was in said car.
