Scam alert Unbelievable,,was just lied to right to my face by Nicole in service about a recall that was supposed to be done on my truck and wasn’t. I booked this appointment almost 40 days ago and have two recalls to be done on my truck so I dropped it off last week for the entire day at the end of day was called and told only one recall was done and the other wasn’t because they didn’t have parts to do it, well the following day when I looked underneath to see if the part had indeed been replaced I found out that it wasn’t and then when I called Nicole and asked her about the part not being replaced after I was told it was, only then did she informed that neither of the parts where in stock to do either recall. I’m not so much upset because I took the day off work and left my truck there the whole day and nothing was done I’m more upset that I was lied too right to my face about it being done and in fact it wasn’t. I wonder how many other recalls have not been fixed because clearly there is a serious integrity issue going on over there at this company, I will be reaching out to the people today that deal with the recalls and be letting them know about my little experience at Bolton Chrysler because clearly you guys are telling people recalls are being done and they are not being done this is a serious issue and needs to be looked into. So if you are bringing your car or truck into Bolton Chrysler for recalls take pictures of your parts to be replaced so you can ensure that indeed they are being replaced because clearly in many other cases I’m sure they have not been. You people are grown adults over there lying to other grown adults about work being done and in many cases compromising their safety and well-being this is not acceptable and Someone needs to call you out on this... After meeting Nicole Boulton, her professional, knowledgeable answers she gave my husband and myself a comfort level to resume a new client relationship with Caledon Chrysler. Nicole booked our Dodge Jeep first, and we were extremely happy with everything. Nicole did exactly what she promised she would do to ensure that we would be not only happy with our first visit back for service, but because of the rapport we now have with her, we will not only be back with our other two vehicles, but we will be trading in and purchasing a new vehicle in the near future. Nicole took the time to go get a gentleman named Chris from the Sales side of your dealership so that when we were ready, he would take good care of us. No pressure, just good old fashioned excellent customer service. Nicole is a breath of fresh air in the Service Department. More

I was confused and apparently they sold the car during my test drive. Nowhere was I told there was another coming to see it, also no heads up given during my hour and a half drive instead my time was wasted just for the car to be sold while I was in said car. Ridiculous. Poor salesmanship as after he laughed and said " that's what happens" More

Terrible service department Went in for an oil change and walked out with the advice that my front breaks were gone and had to be replaced immediately , the ball joints needed re Went in for an oil change and walked out with the advice that my front breaks were gone and had to be replaced immediately , the ball joints needed replacing, back brakes and rotors needed replacing and more, al would cost me little over $3100. In December of last year I spend $1158 on my breaks so felt a bit weary, They were very pushy in booking the appointment for the next day, Got a second opinion today that made it all very clear, Caledon Chrysler will rip off its customers if they get the change. Nothing wrong with my Jeep, front breaks are fine and can last at least 6 months to a year, ball joints definitely do not needs replacing nor does any of the other recommendations. And to top it all off the oil change was not preformed correctly, it was leaking and the oil had to be topped up. You would expect that when you bring your car to a dealer to be serviced that you are treated with respect, get what you pay for and are valued as a customer. Not only does Caledon Chrysler try to rip off it’s customers, it can’t even preform a simple oil change in a decent way. Very unprofessional and unethical but also incompetent. More

Overall very disappointed I bought a 2018 Ram at the end of May. I already did my research and knew exactly which one I wanted off their lot. I test drove it and bought it the same night I went to see it. Got extra warranty and some add ons so I paid a good chunk of change. I was very pumped to pick it up a few day later until I saw the car again. My dream truck was delivered with 2 very significant scratches and dents as well as a mismatched tire (it had 4 matching tires when I test drove it but no one knew what happened to that 4th tire). I was told I would get a call the next day to bring the truck back to fix everything. A week later I get a call so I bring it in and they give me a rental for 3 days. Come back and only the tire is changed, now all four match, good. The body damage would take a week so I had to come back again the following week and get a rental again. After the body shop had fixed the big dings there was still one small one left but by this point I was pretty defeated so they just took a picture and we’ll see if they follow up. Overall this has left a very sour taste in my mouth because this was supposed to be a brand new car, I didn’t expect a 3 week ordeal. I am quite surprised that the dealership never made and attempt to turn a bad experience into a good one (I think I would of appreciated if they offered me a free Ram hat by this point). Considering Bolton is a small town I’m really shocked they missed an opportunity to have a customer be an advocate for their dealership. Take what you want from this review but I can’t in good conscience refer friends here to be honest after my experience. As a side note, service department was pleasant to deal with. More
