Awesome experience! I have purchased/leased quite a few Chrysler products in the past. This was the first time I have used Caledon Chrysler. My experience was GREAT. From TJ Shah, my salesperson , who was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was looking at...To Shawn Vassalo (Manager). who was the nices person to deal with. Didn't feel pressured at all. I really enjoyed Shawn"s style of dealing with his customers! VERY friendly . As well the guys in the service department all seem like a great bunch of people. This was the first vehicle I have purchased from Caledon Chrysler, but it was NOT the first time I have dealt with their service and parts department. Special commendations to Raj in the service department for taking such good care of me when I needed servicing on my older Chrysler vehicle and Dave in the parts department for being able to get items I need for another Chrysler vehicle I had. He had the items there when they were promised. Much appreciated. One of the biggest reasons I decided to buy from Caledon Chrysler, other than I am a local business owner and I always try to deal with my local business' is that I was really impressed by their service department especially.
